Stayed here for 4 nights in the stable apartment. Everything was absolutely perfect. Gillian is a wonderful host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. With outside sitting area too. The apartment was bigger than we thought as the photos don’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stay 4 nights in the loft apartment with my hound dog. It was just what I needed and more. Spacious, beautiful views, very dog friendly, inspired me to pick up my artist paint brush again. Staff wonderful. Very clean. Bed very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coach House self catering apartments. Beautiful location and accommodation. Very comfortable and a great place to relax. Everything was there that we needed. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Our dogs felt welcome too.

We ended up at The Coach House somewhat by accident (so to speak). We had the disappointment of being the victims of a double booking of a property in Ballygalley, which had threatened to totally ruin our quiet weekend away (Christmas present to ourselves). So it was literally a last minute search in late afternoon, that turned up The Coach House. A quick online booking and a follow up phone call and we were sorted. The owner, Gillian, could not have been more helpful - especially as this was a Thursday.||When we arrived, Gillian gave us a quick tour of the place and then left us to it. The place is very nicely finished, good quality furnishings and extremely clean. Kitchen and bathroom are suitably sized, but the Living room and Bedroom are very comfortably spacious. Good sized TV was put to good use (for watching the rugby) from the comfort of a double recliner sofa. Spacious bedroom was nicely finished and a very comfortable bed made sleeping easy !||Despite being at the road side (quite literally) there was virtually no disturbance from passing traffic - due to good quality double glazing.||The weather was atrocious, during our stay, which we loved as it gave us an excuse to just kick back and enjoy the very comfortable and cosy atmosphere of the Coach House. ||Given our earlier disappointment, the Coach House more than succeeded in rescuing our weekend - if anything, it made our weekend. I would have ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION in going back there - an in all probability will be back there very soon.||Very reasonably priced too which is great !!||||The nearest shop is located a few of miles along the coast in the village of Waterfoot - roughly a 7 minute drive, depending on traffic||||Thoroughly recommend this wee place - ideal for couples who want a quiet space to relax in comfort.

Stayed four nights in the Loft Apartment which is on two levels. Spacious and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The owner, Gilliam, had provided a welcome pack of eggs,milk, butter, bread, tea and coffee. Local shops are only a few miles away in either direction where you can buy a good selection of food/drinks and daily newspapers. There are a number of pubs and fast food takeaways in Carnlough and lovely beach walks for dogs close by. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 4 nights in the stables apartment which we had stayed in before. When we arrived there was a cute little sign to welcome us and the dog bowls already filled with water which we thought was a lovely touch. Also a welcome pack of eggs bread butter and milk in the kitchen. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable and well looked after. Sofa and bed is very comfortable and and the apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to make dinner etc and there is a dining table in the livingroom. You are about 10 mins either direction to carnlough and waterfoot with some shops and nice takeaways and also some beautiful beaches. The location was perfect for us and makes a great base to explore all around the north coast. After a day out exploring theres nothing better than coming back lighting the fire and listening to the waves outside. Gillian is the perfect host and i would definitely would recommend a stay here. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Lovely, cosy apartment, plenty of room for two plus.. as this sleeps two. Furniture and beds comfy. The place was clearly cared for and clean. We would have no hesitation in going again.
We could have easily donevthisthia self catering as the freezer and fridge was a good size to keep a few days stores.
The view was beautiful across the water to mull of kintyre .

Lovely coast road to get there and nearby shops a few miles away but easily doable and pleasant to do .
We met the host who was charming and was left to do our own thing
Would highly reccomend .. itsnot posh its home x

We stayed from 13th July to 16th July. Beautiful place to stay really relaxing yes it is on the road but we hardly noticed the traffic the apartment is well equipped and comfortable I like the decor. Would highly recommend 👌 Thank you to Gillian
