Just returned from a two week tour of Northern Ireland, and one of the highlights was our stay at Hillside. What great accommodation and wonderful breakfasts. We were so well looked after by Chris and Kristine, couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. Has to be one of the best b&b’s we have ever stayed in.|All this and Chris a Baggies fan. Staying at a Bed and Breakfast is our desired lodging. We stayed at Hillside B & B for two nights, due to its location; close to Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Giant’s Causeway, and other Antrim Coast experiences in Northern Ireland. ||Words can barely express our gratitude to Krissi and Chris as hosts. Their passion is to give travelers superb experiences. Our booking went well, and resources were provided on sites and dining, The breakfasts were personalized to suit our palates and were delicious! The room was excellent, with a box of Chris’ homemade shortbread to enjoy. ||Krissi and Chris offered to drive us around Ballycastle to show us what the town has to offer. Their engaging personalities made our conversations meaningful. They helped us understand timing, process, and even offered to book our tickets. ||Hillside Luxury Bed and Breakfast was the perfect hub for us. We found their rate to be exceptional. ||Perhaps the best testament to our experience is our taking a dozen business cards to give to our family and friends who truly treasure travel. ||We know we will return. Our first trip to Northern Ireland won’t be our last. We loved it!

Hosts Chris & Krissi really go out of their way to ensure that you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. The rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable and the Ulster Fry is something not to be missed!! |Looking forward to our next visit 😄

Chris & Krissi are fantastic hosts. They’re friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them to make sure your stay is a 5 star experience. The location is quiet, with beautiful scenic views and within a few minutes drive to the main town of Ballycastle which has lots of shops, nice cafes and restaurants.

Another wonderful stay at Hillside, couldn't fault our room, ideally situated on the ground floor with a walk in shower. A great choice for breakfast, tasty and freshly cooked. Free parking and handy location for visiting and touring the area. The host even dropped us in town to save me driving one evening. Krissi & Chis are very knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful room equipped with everything your heart desires and more: super comfortable bed, great bed linen, wardrobe, mini fridge, small tea station, TV and Alex. The large bathroom is equipped with cosy towels, bathrobes and all the bathroom items you need.|Krissi makes an excellent breakfast every morning.|But it's Krissi & Chris and the conversations with them that make it so wonderful. They provide you with great tips for excursions, things to do and restaurants and send you a guide with all the sights. |The stay felt more like a visit to friends than a B&B.

Chrissy and Chris, Thanks very much for wonderful hospitality which made our stay such a wonderful experience. Both of ye made our stay such an enjoyable occasion and again thanks for ferrying us around Ballycastle during the Lammas Fair when taxi transport was hard to engage, Not alone were we saving on taxi fair but ye provide free transport at our beck and call. This is an absolute MUST stay if you’re in the area. The hosts are incredibly kind and generous-plus good luck not falling in love with the greeting committee (2 dogs-Belle and Beagle). The room is perfect-incredibly comfy bed, terrific shower, plus a wonderful lounge/reception if you need a little more space. ||The setting is idyllic-nestled in rolling green hills and not 5 mins from the town, you can walk to nearly everything you’d need. Additionally, it’s a 5/10/15/30 min drive to sights and other adventures. ||This place is a true gift and the hosts made us feel totally at home. Their place truly created a special and magical trip that we were lucky to partake in. We would absolutely stay here when we come back!!!
