The place is amazing! Beautiful view on the sea, evening moon raise can't be compared with anything else which I have seen before and top of the cherry was group of the dolphins swimming through the bay. I thought that pictures like that can be seen only in TV 🙂
There is little down side of the place like small midge flies in the early morning making hundreds of marks on your skin which will start being itchy only day or two after or sharp walk up of the hill which will check your hart condition 🙂
But it is still the most gorgeous view I have ever seen having breakfast.

Beautiful, comfortable and homely cottages with amazing views. Everything you need is supplied in the cottages. Pat is a great host and is on hand if needed. We cannot wait to return next year. Cushendun is a lovely little village. We ate in the pub and the village cafe, both very good.

Our family of four spent last week at Beachview Cottage Blue Door and we could not have been more pleased with everything about it. Spotlessly clean, lots of space for four of us, comfortable, and we had all that we needed in and outside the house. We were even able to grill our dinner and eat outside several nights! Pat and Jay are very accommodating and special people. The view is truly spectacular, and we miss it already. The location is perfect for exploring the entire Antrim Coast, north and south of the cottage. We’d been worried that we might hear the people staying next door in the shared cottage, but the construction is excellent, and we didn’t hear a thing. Perfection!

We stayed for two nights (a group of 7 of us) and it was perfect. Pat is really friendly and the views from the property is lovely. The facilities are all modern and we had no issues. There is two en suites and a separate bathroom and 4 bedrooms. The local town is only a 20 minute walk down by the beach or a few minutes if you are to drive. Would stay again 100%.

Just back from a mid week stay at these pet friendly cottages. Everything about our stay was simply sublime. The location is breathtaking, the standard of the cottages superb and the warmth of the welcome from Pat is sincere.||We stayed with our three dogs, a big plus in itself as Pat kindly allowed us to bring them along, a lot of pet friendly venues only accept one or two.||The beach view looking down on Cushendun strand from the living room window rendered the provided TV/Netflix and DVD player almost redundant.||We stayed in the yellow door cottage, with four bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities, and could not have been happier. The attention to detail is fantastic, with tea, coffee, milk and cookies provided on arrival.||The standard of cleanliness of the cottages is top notch and the kitchen was generously equipped with all the modern conveniences - including washer/dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and toaster.||The bedrooms are comfy and in our cottage we had a choice of two with en-suite (one upstairs and one downstairs) a twin room and a family room with cot.||Given that we visited in September with cooler weather I can testify the central heating provided keeps the cottage at a very comfortable temperature, even for a cold blooded type like me.||The beach is just a ten minute walk away but be warned you are on a steep hill so be prepared for a hike or - like any sensible person - take the car.||To sum up, these cottages provide an excellent base to explore the famous Glens of Antrim.

The views are truly breath taking. Looks out over lush green fields down to the beach and sea - also harbour. My sons loved waking up and just looking out the windows. Very well equipped. All you could ask for. I went with my husband, 2 sons and our friend. We brought our little schnauzer with us too. Open fire was bliss. Was so peacful. The beach was just gorgeous. Good night time fishing down at the beach (husband spotted that and would love to go back with his rods this time). My boys loved exploring the rocks and caves down at he harbour. Lovely break away. Some real quality time. The only thing for me was the double bed we were in had a memory foam mattress which my body just didn't take too and found uncomfortable but everyone else was grand.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Warm welcome and tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc which were left for us were much appreciated. ||View from the cottage was stunning, could have spent hours just looking out of the windows. ||Well positioned for visiting Giant's Causeway, Glen Ariff Forest Park and the Coastal Seaview Route. ||Good food at Seaview Bistro and tearoom in Cushendun. ||Well worth a visit.

As a group of 6 girls we stayed in the yellow door cottage. it was superb. There was everything we could ask for in the cottage. Lovely open fire and lots of hot water, well stocked kitchen and lovely fresh bed linen. The view over Cushendun and the sea was stunning. All in all it made for a very comfortable stay. The owner, Pat, was very welcoming and helpful.
