Ended our valentines day out with a romantic dinner here and it hit expectations we had great service and amazing food. Hubby got the wagyu beef burger and it was delicious. The only let down we had was that we ordered dessert to go and they put the ice cream on them which melted in the car as we had a fair drive, but other than that we would recommend.

Found this wee gem by chance yesterday and when I say we hit the jackpot we absolutely did, from the warm welcome we recieved to the food 😍 (which was stunning), to the atmosphere it was all a solid 10/10 and even the very playlist was a 10/10, can't wait to go back, see you all soon 🥰

We went on a Thursday night, booked a table at very short notice. The place was busy, but not packed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However we did have quite a long wait for our meals to arrive, approximately 50 minutes. Having said that, once they did the food was very good. Nice sized portions, fresh and tasty.

Had such a great time at Lily’s! The burger I had was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had – super tasty and cooked just right. The staff were so lovely too – really friendly and made sure everything was safe for us with a nut allergy, which I really appreciated. It’s just a really welcoming spot with great food. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely little spot with great parking. Food was delicious unfortunately they were quite short staffed but those who were there did the best they could, wouldn't fault them at all. Food was lovely enough.

I recently dined at Lily's Kitchen & Bar, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The food was not only delicious but also incredibly enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the dishes were served. The staff at Lily's Kitchen & Bar deserve special recognition for their exceptional friendliness and warm hospitality. A review to express my disappointment regarding our recent dining experience at your establishment. Having made a reservation online mid-week for a family meal, we were looking forward to enjoying the ambiance of the main restaurant. However, upon arrival, our experience was far from seamless.

In the first instance, the waitress directed us to the bar area, informing us that our table was located there. Once we arrived at the bar, the bar staff then redirected us back to the restaurant, creating unnecessary confusion. It became apparent that there was a complete lack of organisation in managing reservations and guest seating.

After this back-and-forth, we were eventually informed that our table was indeed in the bar area because the main restaurant was fully booked. While I understand that seating arrangements depend on availability, it would have been far more considerate to inform us in advance that our reservation would not be within the main dining space. Had this been communicated at the time of booking or even prior to our arrival, we could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with our reservation or explore alternative options.

As the bar area did not provide the same dining ambiance we had expected when making our reservation, we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere. This was disappointing, as we had planned our visit in advance, only to find that our expectations were not met due to poor communication and lack of clarity regarding seating arrangements.

I strongly suggest that in the future, customers be notified at the time of booking if their table is allocated outside the main dining area to ensure transparency and better manage expectations. Additionally, improving communication between staff members would help avoid unnecessary confusion upon arrival.
