One of the best meals of my life! Adam created a bespoke menu around our dietary needs and in keeping with our celebration. Each course was unique with flavours, colours and textures that made me go wow. His knowledge of food/wine and general conversation really added to the evening. He worked away discreetly cooking and tidying up. We were totally spoiled- thanks Adam!

Would highly recommend Adam! He cooked for 14 adults and 4 kids this weekend and we’re working out the next occasion we could book his services. Amazing canapés, wonderful scallops and delicious lamb and summer veg made for a great feast. Adam made everything so smooth from first contact to clean up. Couldn’t have been better!

Adam was absolutely fantastic! His food was beyond delicious and his company was equally as wonderful. I could not recommend him more. We will definitely be hiring him again. I am still dreaming of his delicious soup (the best i have ever had!). Thanks for everything Adam!

You will always get the best with Adam, in every way. Absolutely incredible food (and we love our food!) and an absolutely amazing chap. We will be re-booking Adam, as much as he can bare, whenever we are at Fingask Castle.
You cannot go wrong with this guy!

Adam was recommended by friends who run a local restaurant to come to the house for a big birthday with 15 for lunch. Wasn't sure how it would all work with the space we have but wow! Absolutely fabulous food and beautifully presented generous portions. He helped create a great ambience for the event. Better than a restaurant outside the house by far and comparable on costs. Book early to avoid disappointment - think we were quite lucky that he was available.

A wonderful evening with Adam cooking a superb meal for seven of us. The joy of relaxing in our own home and eating Michelin standard food is a memory we will treasure. Adam and Charlotte, who served us, were delightful company as well as being efficient and talented. We will do it again!

I can highly recommend Adam and his team after using his services for a garden BBQ. Adam offered some creative menu ideas and everyone commented on how great his food was. Adam’s team were also terrific keeping drinks topped up and leaving everything clean. We’re looking forward to using Adam again in future.

Having Adam create a three course dinner with canapés was as experience we will all remember. His food is delicious, creative and locally sourced where possible. His menu offers spectacular choice from shell fish to meats and vegetarian options. The hardest bit was deciding! Everything was finessed to perfection and the occasion was even more special than we hoped for - and the cherry on top was not having to cook and clean up with friends who live far away and we rarely see. We wanted to spend time with them and we did - with beautiful food. Thank you Adam
