The clinic is modern and chic, but also warm and relaxing. I have recommended them to many of my friends. The treatment is painless and works really well. She recommended some fabulous products to me and I had a course of the Clear Skin laser treatment. My skin has literally been transformed. I’m so happy with the results, my skin is less oily, I’m not waking up with angry inflammed skin anymore and it’s really boosted my confidence. I couldn't rave more about Marlow Face & Body & in particular the cooltech fat freezing. I was super conscious of my neck side profile as it was increasingly sagging & looked awful & quite ageing, I'm in my 50's. Whilst researching into the different methods or things that could be done I came across cooltech & Elisabeth. Wow, the professionalism, knowledge, expertise & the 'biggie' honesty, gave me the confidence to have the procedure & an understanding of the expectations. The procedure was fantastic, totally painless but you could feel the cold & it working. I watched Netflix during the procedure which was a bonus & the time flew by. It's 4 months since the procedure & the difference for me, is huge. Elisabeth said it takes 12 weeks to see the results but I absolutely saw a difference after 4 as too my running friends - they get a shot of my side profile each morning. I've had so many compliments on looking well & just raving about it to friends & why I wanted to post a review. Marlow Face & Body is the best of the best, standards & the clinic itself is outstanding & it REALLY works, the fat neck has gone :-). Already I can see amazing results!
I don't have a very good tolerance to pain and was very worried about how painful the treatment would be , but much to my surprise it didn't hurt.
I am a very nervous patient suffering with panic attacks and anxiety, but meeting with Dr grant and discussing this with her I had total confidence in her. she is a true professional.
I have no complaints with the care and treatment I received. and would highly recommend Dr grant as a first choice for nervous patients.
