Very well situated guest house with all local attractions nearby. Although previous review commented on some street noise this is very minimal & very quiet at night.||Our room (number 4) was situated at the front of the property & we had a great night's sleep on a sizeable comfy bed. On-suite facilities were more than adequate with a large walk-in shower. Breakfast was served by Dee the owner (who actually is an amazing cook) & offered an excellent menu. The guest house is very clean..... Actually it is spotless! Thank you Dee for our amazing stay.

Arrived on time for check in at 4pm. We were told where our room was and asked what we wanted for breakfast? Not a lot of choice but we both requested the full Scottish breakfast. Went to our room which was clean and basic. The bathroom was spotless. No bath unfortunately which we both love but the electric shower was okay.
Slight criticism was with the size of the TV! Yes I know you don't go away to watch TV but we do like to watch the news in the morning.
Breakfast was nice but a little greasy for me. No choice of how you wanted your egg cooked. All fried (I think)
Overall we felt 4 stars was suitable.

We got the friendliest of welcomes, and the owner/manager really put herself out to be helpful. The room we were given was spacious and spotless. There is off-street parkling. The b & b is a walk of about 20 miinutes from Stirling town centre. ||||We really appreciated the personal touch here, and would far rather come back to Craigard than book into a hotel chain. Also it was excellent value.

I’m not one who leaves many reviews, mainly because I forget that they can be the lifeblood of small eateries, hotels and B&Bs nowadays. Occasionally, though, somewhere impresses me sufficiently that I really ought to say something about them.||I spent a lovely weekend here, visiting my daughter at the university. My room was on the back of the house, compact and very quiet. It was ideal for a solo traveller, with good en-suite facilities, beautifully clean, well-equipped and with a well-provisioned drink and snacks tray.||The location is good and it is easy to find. The house is on a main road, served by a good bus service and about a five-minute walk from the university. The walk into town is longer, but still easily done via the old Stirling bridge, if you enjoy walking. Don’t be put off by the main road bit - this is Stirling, not a major metropolis! There is good parking right outside.||Breakfast was available from a fairly comprehensive list and was good - I got what I asked for when I wanted it.||Dee is a friendly and gracious host who really seems to care that everything is right for her guests. I know I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay in this B&B, our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of tea and coffee, cake and bottled water supplied. Breakfast was lovely. The B&B is a short walk from the William Wallace memorial and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the town centre. 4 stars instead of 5 as we were not able to connect to the wifi in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently spent a few days in Stirling, and stayed in Craigard for 2 nights. There were 3 of us, all with separate rooms, and all of us agreed that we would be back again. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. Dee, the owner, was lovely and very accommodating.

My room, with ensuite was neat and very clean, if a little cramped. A chair in place of the cupboard would make a little more space and somewhere to sit and for overnight clothes. Fortunately I had the room for single occupancy- would have been tricky for two people. As a one night stop I would definitely stay again . Dee was a very welcoming host and the breakfast menu was comprehensive

We highly recommend this B&B. Spotlessly clean, tidy and comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed with good quality linen. The breakfast was tasty and well cooked and the only thing missing was fresh coffee rather than instant. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We will be back.
