Arndean Cottages are just beautiful! Not just that they are the real nature and the sheep and lambs around you but the view. You come there and you feel so good. The energy the calmness. It is beautiful.
Everything is there! You need to bring just food and thats it. All works very well. And I am really happy to come there a lot. The landlord is just amazing. Great People and really nice! It is a great place to stay and I really do recommend it to everyone!

Arndean Cottages - both houses are spacious great comfort! And it is all clean and really great. It is quiet and really lovely people have this ! They are so nice and loving. Just great communication and everything is on point. I really love to stay there. And I must say it is the favourite place here in scotland that i really do love. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious houses. Lovely views of the Ochils. Everything we needed and more for a weekend away with friends. Lots of thoughtful touches. Owner was responsive to queries and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay. Will recommend to friends.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Ochil cottage and the bothy whilst visiting family and hosting friends in Central Scotland. |Ochil cottage was extremely spacious and had the most stunning views. |Johnny was an attentive and charming host and was always available if required. |We enjoyed the private garden whilst sipping a glass of wine and admiring the breathtaking scenery . This is a wonderful place for peace and restoration as well as being very close to all the fabulous amenities that central Scotland has to offer. |Dollar is a charming village with a great co-op,bakers and some lovely little restaurants. |When my friends departed home, my husband and I moved into the bothy…. Oh my goodness, what a hidden gem. |This is a little piece of heaven in my honest opinion ….|The bothy is very spacious and has a little bit of Scottish romance …|Johnny was kind enough to allow us to walk through his gardens and explore his stunning forest right down to the River Devon. The bonus for me was being allowed to walk his fantastic dogs…. I truly feel that the bothy is a little piece of heaven. |I highly recommend any of Johnny’s properties without hesitation. I will be back as soon as possible. |Thank you Johnny ….

We stayed at The Bothy for 5 nights of central country living after a few busy city nights. We traveled east, north, west, and stayed local for a round of golf at Muckhart! Johnny was great to work with from the moment we booked our time here. Thanks for everything.

Spotless and in great condition. Fabulous place to stay right in the heart of Dollar which is a lovely little village with good amenities for its size. 10-15 minutes and you're up in the hills with stunning views.

Just returned home after a lovely midweek break at the beatiful Bothy at Arndean House hosted by Johnny who is an excellent host, the bothy is spotless and fresh with all amenities available to make it a great place to stay.
Slept really well in quite surroundings on a super comfy superking size bed.
Piping hot water underfloor heating and fantastic log burning fire were fantastic to return back to after a brisk day exploring, it's also perfectly situated & close enough for local conveniences shops etc.
Absoloutly stunning. Highly recommended for anyone who needs peace and tranquillity. Was the most perfect break and very big and spacious .

Thank you to Johnny . Nothing was a bother and so friendly 😴.
Cosie nights with lig fire was fantastic on stromy nights never heard a thing lol so tranquil. X

Exquisite hidden gem just a short drive from Dollar. Accommodation is of an excellent standard and the property is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland. Great as a secluded bolt hole but equally suited to romantic getaways or "outdoorsy weekend". Has become an instant favourite. Hosts - kind, welcoming folk who respect privacy of guests. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wild February weather hasn't dampened my enthusiasm for this place, hence the 5 stars.
