Absolute gem. Lovely welcome on arrival with tour of facilities. Lounge with TV, microwave, cutlery and fridge. Room comfortable with bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and home made scotch tablet.

Some street noise in front rooms but I had earplugs, so not a problem.

Breakfast was superb. Cereal, yogurts, toast and a full cooked breakfast.

Highly recommended.

A very good place to stay for visiting the region around Perth. The room was very beautiful, clean and we got every day a bottle of water. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner were very friendly and warm. We felt very well in this Bed & Breakfast and can highly recommend.

We only stayed one night but had a lovely time. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We had a great friendly host and in the morning we really enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We had a really great sleep and enjoyed a brilliant shower.

The hosts were FANTASTIC!! The room was very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and super soft bedding. The location was easy to find and centrally located. I found everything about my stay far superior. The lounge was a great place to kick back and relax. It was really nice that the loung had a recliner chair. After a day of sightseeing, it was so nice to put my feet up for a while. Breakfast was out of this world and cooked to order. If you want a fabulous place to stay, you will be more than satisfied at Scotia!!

Brilliant place to stay - highly recommend visiting if you are near Perth. Very nice room and a fantastic Scottish breakfast that they tailored for myself being vegetarian. Very welcoming hosts and also very dog friendly. Highly recommend 10/10

This was the best bed and breakfast that my cousin, fiancée, and I stayed in during our 10-day trip to Scotland. We stayed in the triple room and spent some time in the comfortable chairs in the resident's lounge. Everything was clean and very well cared for. Both the host and hostess were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us. They were very proactive about communicating before we arrived. You can tell that they take a lot of care in their work - they told us that they have been there for 34 years. The location was great and the parking spots were easy to get into. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. We would definitely return.

We stayed overnight for a concert in the city,Spotless throughout with extremely friendly and helpful hosts,an altogether very pleasant stay with the added bonus of a superb breakfast. We would not hesitate to visit again.First class.

Absolutely perfect!!!|Super-clean, super-friendly, super-helpful!!!|Easy parking, easy check-in, easy everything. Huge, varied, excellent quality breakfast including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, tea, coffee, juice, toast, butter and strawberry &raspberry&blueberry jam and… my favourite… marmalade! And I haven’t even mentioned the cooked breakfast- sausages, bacon, eggs, tomato, potato cake and… my favourite… fresh mushrooms!!!|Lots of hot water/great shower pressure, tons of tea and milk with kettle in my room-I will be back 😁|Best B&B ever 💕
