We found everything about Arden House to be perfect!
Our room was well appointed and very spacious with beautiful views, and the bathroom was immaculate with an excellent bath and shower.
Dawn- our host- is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The breakfasts are fantastic- we tried three different choices- and are always cooked just as you'd like it.

Just back from a very relaxing 4 night stay at Arden House. Dawn looked after us very well even after a recent family bereavement. Due to this we didn't get to sample breakfast (an excuse to return) but we were made aware of this beforehand and our room rate was discounted. We stayed in Dr Finlay room which has a separate seating room with coffee machine, fridge and TV. Everyday there were different sweet treats for us to enjoy from fruit cake to shortbread (which was fabulous)|Arden House is ideally situated in Callander and only a short walk to the Main Street to get food. |Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing and I would highly recommended!! Both bnb and studio are beautiful which goes perfectly with the surroundings so lovely and peaceful . You have everything you need plus more and not only are the hosts fantastic they make you feel so welcome while going out of their way to cater to your every need.. Then there's the food, I have never tasted anything like it in my life both the breakfasts and the homemade cakes are to die for... If you have not already been I would definitely recommend you go and experience it. There are also so many things to do there from sitting in the peaceful garden to going for days out to castles, stately homes and restaurants...

We visited Arden House 25 years ago for our honeymoon. It was lovely to go back to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The accommodation at Arden House is beautiful, and tastefully decorated throughout with a billiards room, sitting room, dinning room. Beautiful gardens with putting green and wonderful wildlife to enjoy. Arden House overlooks the valley and the views from our room were stunning. Attention to detail to was outstanding which made our stay even more special. The owners were most kind and considerate and very friendly. Importantly they were willing to accommodate our specific needs as my husband is a Coeliac. The knowledge and awareness by the staff to cater for his dietary requirements made the stay relaxing! The walk to the "falls" behind the house was well worth the effort. Callander is a small town/village and a smashing place to base yourself if you want to explore the Trossachs. Highly recommended.

Two night stay booked on route to Aberdeen. What an absolute delight, from our arrival to departure we couldn't ask for more. Tea and home made brownies when we arrived, fabulous room with views across Callander. Breakfast could not be bettered. And as a bonus, Callander Golf Club where we had booked a round is a short walk away. All in all an absolute home from home, even down to brownies waiting for us after we had played golf. Truly wonderful hosts, so helpful and a delight to stay with. Looking for an excuse to come back.

We visited Arden House 25 years ago on our honeymoon. It was a fabulous bed and breakfast with many special memories. So this year for our Silver Wedding anniversary we decided to relive some of those moments. ||||Arden House is still the little gem it was 25 years ago. The current owners have modernised the property without taking away the charm. The B&B is clean, tidy and very well presented. Breakfasts are wonderful and as a Coeliac I felt very relaxed in the knowledge that Dawn most definitely understood the requirements of a gluten free diet. The treat of gluten free cakes with tea each day showed the extra step the Pringle’s take for their guests.||||Thanks for the memories. We will be back!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Arden House. Dawn was so informative and dedicated to looking after her guests it is no wonder Arden House was awarded best B&B for 2018 by the Scottish Tourist Board. The home-made chocolate fudge cake with which we were greeted on arrival was five star as were the breakfasts. Beautiful location for golfers and walkers.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful house and fabulous rooms. A delicious breakfast each morning and Dawn left us homemade shortbread at night. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely recommend
