We stayed at this lovely place for about a week. Mark is a very warm and friendly host and the staff is just as accommodating. The rooms are nicely decorated, you will find everything you need in your room. There is a useful drying room where your wet boots will dry easily. The breakfast is just superb. Cooked with lots of love and local fresh ingredients. Dietary requests are fulfilled after a short note. The house is beautifully resored and the living room with the fire place is really cosy. The guesthouse is easy to find, all amenities, shops, grocery stores and Restaurants are just a few minutes to walk. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in Aviemore. We definitely want to come back. Thank you Mark and team for making our stay so pleasant.

We recently had 2 wonderful nights in CGH, which was just not long enough. A warm welcome from Mark who takes the care and time to assist with very helpful local information. Very clean and comfortable rooms in this beautifully restored house, and a hearty breakfast to start the day. Wish we had longer there and would love to return. Thanks you Cairngorm Guest House.

Perfect place to stay in Aviemore. Nice guesthouse with beautiful and individual rooms. Mark and his staff were friendly, helpful and had fantastic recommendations what to do in the area. Typical Scottish breakfast and other options available and very delicious. Parking spaces in front and next to the house.

I can’t say enough positives about the guest house. Spacious, quiet, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Our family of 6 was looking for a place on the want to Inverness that was approachable, and willing to accommodate us. No issues here. We were put into 2 large rooms surrounded by amenities within the house that gave us a place to relax, but super close to activities if we wanted to hike or explore the town. We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic stay. Truly appreciate the great hospitality. Very high standards, lovely property and epic breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate an unexpectedly early check in. ||My only complaint would be that the price seemed too low! I think we paid almost double for less than half the quality at our hike start in Kyle Lochalsh.

Lovely place to stay, very central and easy to find. Warm welcome and friendly without being invasive. |Room was very comfortable and clean. Fan provided which we made use of due to the unusually hot weather.|Breakfast was lovely , nothing was too much trouble. |Would definitely return if stay again if in the area and would recommend you try a stay there.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place was spotlessly clean.
Our room was small but the bathroom had a good shower.
The breakfasts were very good, the full Cairngorm breakfast was excellent with good portions.

Had a great visit! Hosts were helpful, rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast typical and tasty. Great location, parking available and a nice outdoor area for chilling.
