An absolutely lovely modern well equipped property with sustainable solar PV and batteries to provide energy to the electric heating and hot water system.

In addition to the sustainable electricity there’s a biomass wood pellet fire in the lounge to enjoy those cosy evenings in with the family.

The property is dog friendly too, so you can take your furry friend too.

The property is really well equipped with the following products:- Bosch Washing machine, tumble dryer, Xbox and games, board games, children’s toys, iPhone docking station, NowTV, Oven, steam iron, robotic hover, microwave, multiple kitchen utensils, halogen hob, USB charging points and sockets, GHD hairdryer and hair straightener.

The property is a stone’s throw from the main shops which are 12-15 minutes away or 3-4 minutes by car.

There’s lots to do in Aviemore to suit everyone’s tastes.

Will definitely recommend and return to.

Aviemore Stay and Explore is a fabulous base for those looking to enjoy the beauty of Scotland. We spent a week at Louise's place, it was absolutely perfect. It is a few minutes easy walk to takeaways and a few minutes more into Aviemore town centre where you enjoy a fine array of restaurants, bars and shops.
The weather although beautiful was cold when we visited, we had the added advantage of the pellet stove. It was so easy to use, I'm considering get one at home. It kept the house nice and toasty!
The house was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the house offered everything we needed for our stay and more!! I especially loved the GHD's and the Xbox. The cheese and milk was gratefully appreciated too. I can't wait to stay again!!!
