Most shockingly bad treatment I've ever had. The pedicurist kept digging her absurdly long and pointy fingernails into my toes (gives one a horrifying insight into torture techniques!), took 2 hours to complete a 1 hr "luxury" gel pedi even though there was absolutely nothing luxe about it, and hilariously (not) the gel literally fell off one of my toenails a week after the Pedi and in the middle of my holidays (see pic). In fairness, I left email feedback the day after the treatment, and was offered a complimentary treatment at another location, but I declined it, as I didn't want to go back. After the gel fell off, I emailed the manager to request a refund, and she's gone radio silent since. Don't use Pure; this company doesn't employ skilled therapists and takes no responsibility for negligence.

I had the Pure relaxation experience and it was incredible! It started with a salt scrub which left my skin feeling amazing, followed by a massage and a facial. Sadia was a brilliant therapist, she created a relaxed atmosphere and checked in with my throughout - she also asked about my skin and sore muscles so that she could tailor the facial and the massage to my specific needs/ wants. I had questions about what was best for my skin and she was happy to share her expertise and helped me with aftercare advice too. I cannot recommend Sadia and Pure Spa enough. I can't wait to get booked in again!

Rachael at the Lothian Road branch was absolutely fantastic when I had a facial and I will definitely go to her again. It was lovely to have an appointment without the usual banal vacuous chat you get in most beauticians - she created a very calm and peaceful mood, and honest to God I looked at least 5 years younger after my facial. Thanks, Rachael!

Had the most gorgeous express massage by the lovely Isabella and the best ever eyebrow wax by the lovely Eva could not recommend more and I will certainly re book Thankyou so much both x

I had a facial done some time ago but had a terrible experience. It was definitely not worth the money. The beautician was just scrolling on her phone after she applied the face mask and the head, neck and shoulders massage was just something I could dream about . She just really took a piss as she thought it was just easy money for her, I am not a confrontational kind of person so I just let it be . At the end they tried to sell me something else saying I had to decide there before leaving the place. Definitely not recommend.

I had an excellent massage here today, 30 min neck back and shoulders. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, brilliant service and great technique by masseuse Eva. Really got in with her knuckles to work out the knots, right amount of pressure. Would recommend or return
