Delightful cottage with 2 bedrooms and a third doubling as a games room. There is lots of space with two bathrooms, a large kitchen-diner and a large lounge with a dining table. The cottage itself is tucked away off a private drive and is surrounded by gardens, woodland and plenty of wildlife but just outside the gates of the estate there are local shops, a chip shop, pubs and bus routes. Elgin city center, Tescos and a large Leisure facility with a swimming pool and sauna are just a short stroll away along the river bank. The private garden is large and enclosed and was great for our dog. We had a lovely time.

A lovely cottage just a short walk from the town centre. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one double, one twin and another bedroom with bunk beds upstairs. There is plenty of parking space and an enclosed garden. I hope to be able to stay here again in future.

Wonderful location and a cosy and comfortable 'home from home' close to Elgin City center and all amenities. Well equipped, comfortable beds, warm, fast free WiFi and enclosed private garden. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended

Great location, let down by the very poor wi-fi connection and slightly tired decor. A little spruce up and an access point added to the property rather than relying on the main house router would make this place a gem.

Very central for walking to shops and bars etc. Clean and comfortable with use of garden if weather allows.
