I have taken part in an afternoon tea and a day workshop on past life regression. Both days were brilliant, lighthearted and fun. The afternoon tea included tarot card reading and tea leaf reading. The insights were accurate and the afternoon was very interactive. Myself and my friends loved it. 🥰

I don’t really know how to describe the past life regression workshop except to say it was fascinating. I recommend that if you are interested just to try it. You will be well looked after by Derek and Angela, who are fabulous hosts and you will have an unforgettable experience.

Sole retreat is the place to go for healing of the mind, body and soul.
Derek and Angela work brilliantly as a team or by themselves and each have an energy that puts you at ease. My time with Derek has helped me greatly to understand my recent tragic loss with both cards and connection and the heaviness I had has lifted to a level that is now more manageable for me.

I have also attended one of Derek and Angela's evening events and the whole room became friends instead if one of strangers.

I have been to several mediums and Derek was not only the most precise speaker but also the most caring one.

Sole retreat is a very safe place to relax and let emotions go and enables you to start your healing journey whether it be grieving, forgiveness, acceptance or understanding.

I look forward to attending their future workshops and one 2 one sittings.

Just what Elgin has needed for a long time. Beautiful premises, and great therapists striving to offer various training, therapies and development classes. I went to see Angela for a treatment 3 years ago and have returned weekly ever since. Have met lots of lovely people there and cannot wait to continue to participate in the new opportunities they plan to offer.

Today I attended Sole Retreat for an animal communication workshop with Neen Forder, BacktoLove(the pet whisperer). The venue is very warm, relaxing ,welcoming and a very serene place with fantastic facilities. I would highly recommend one of Neen Forders workshops. It was well organised, engaging, interesting and at times very emotional. Five stars all round. Looking forward to the next one

Spent a life changing weekend with Angela and Derek. Completed Angel Reiki practitioner level 1 and 2. It was fun and laid back. Also one of the most life changing things I’ve done.
