The receptionist Karen was warm and welcoming whilst being very professional. As was Nicola herself. She was easy to talk to, has a wealth of knowledge and advised me on the correct type of treatment for me. I made two appointments for two different treatments there and then and am looking forward to having them!

Nichola was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and lovely to speak with. She was inquisitive about my life and business, which made me feel valued as a person first, and then took the time to fully explain everything involved in my treatment as a patient. Gael, in reception was absolutely lovely as well and the clinic itself has an elegant but relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

Nicci always allows plenty time to talk over my requirements and asks how I’ve been/how I felt my treatment went last time. She is very attentive, listening to me and makes informed suggestions accordingly. She’s always on courses to learn more and improve her knowledge and skill set, which I really appreciate and she’s only too happy to share her knowledge. I like that she likes to trial any new treatment out herself, before introducing it to clients. I feel extremely reassured that her services are of the highest standards.
