Was only in the area for 3 nights but ate here twice. The food was fantastic and everyone made you feel welcome. Would recommend. The chicken,mushroom and haggis pie is a must have

Amazing wee village pub, food is relatively fast, tastes amazing, staff are really nice and loads of nice folk around. Just great atmosphere and prices are decent too. 27 quid for two people food and drink we spent.

Friendly wee village pub. Serves traditional pub food, tasty and good value. **cash only** (there's an ATM at the Spar next door if needed). Serves Cairn O Moht cider on draft. Limited but ok draft range.

Visited for a couple pints when staying at the silverwood lodges. Nice wee local pub with the best priced drinks iv had in a while. 2 pints coming in around £7. Quite busy for the size. People make a point of chatting to you too. We didnt eat but the food looked good, pub grub with a decent portion size. Only thing is its cash only, which I totally respect but this was the reason we had to head home early... ran out of cash and no cash machine near by haha.

This little pub is worth a visit, it's a working man's pub that serves good, hearty, homemade food, I gave a four for the service as it can be a little slow but, I know that is down to the fact that everything is cooked to order and that alone is worth it's weight in gold, not many places where you get that.

Sunday lunch, homemade tomato and basil soup, roast beef, veg, yorkshire pud and scrumptious apple crumble and ice cream. What a treat in a lively, friendly pub. I really enjoyed the local banter and sing along when a popular song was introduced.

We had a meal here last night. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The food was amazing. Proper home cooked large portions. Highly recommend.

A very friendly little pub. We was staying down in the local caravan park on holiday and we was recommended and told the food was really good and this is correct. The food was absolutely fantastic. We ate in here twice. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Will definitely be returning at some point.
Good prices too!
