As an avid traveller I tend to stay traditional and Atholbank Guest House is just perfect for quit cozy stay tk hospitality very kind and friendly professional B&B in the heart of Dundee 8 minutes from the Airport 5 minutes from the train station . Highly recommended staying here if you have a budget . Trust me you will not be disappointed.

A lovely place to stay! They are excellent host, caring person who always try their best to make us comfortable, asking if we want more drink or toast during the breakfast. They also refill everyday our room with coffee and tea.
We wanted to have a local experience in a guest house instead of a chain hotel and we definitely enjoyed staying here.
This place deserve to be known by more people. If we have to come back to Dundee we will definitely go back there!

Ideal location for visiting Dundee. We were there to view the Discovery Exhibition which was an interesting 30mns walk away along the river, with fabulous views of the bridges . Hosts were friendly and helpful. Beds really comfortable. Plenty of parking. Wonderful Italian restaurant at the top of the road! We will be back!!!! Definitely recommend.

What a lovely find. Kind warm welcoming guest house. The room was perfect, take pj's as the bathroom (your own) is outside the room. The (cooked)breakfast is booked. Ready for the time you order,but cerial ect is readly available before. The cooked breakfast was hot and well presented. The only place so far to give plenty of baked beans 🙂 Thank you for being perfect.

I stayed here a coupe of times. Comfortable rooms on these occasions. Excellent breakfast, as a person with Coeliac disease, I was well catered for and was able to have a safe, gluten free breakfast each morning.
They have a good system for people wanting to heat their own meals. There is a fridge in the dining room for guests to use, which I really appreciated when staying over a few days.

The breakfast, the rooms and the location were all very convenient and lovely. The owner was very friendly and helped us with our job of looking for rented accommodation in the area :). Great for a 2 night stay

We had a wonderful experience at the Athollbank Guest House. We came to stay with our two young girls while we looked for a flat in Dundee. The owners welcomed us and were a great help in finding reputable letting agents in town. The family room was great as we could all stay together. The breakfast was fantastic as well. As for the other reviewer's experience with dog poo - we did find around Dundee that people sometimes didn't curb their dogs, but the Athollbank garden and surrounding area was always well maintained during our stay.
