One of the best hotel experience i have ever had. Fiona and Bryan are just the perfect host: infinitely kind, respectful, helpful and with so many good tips about dundee. The place is so clean that it is possible to eat on the floor, despite the carpet. The breakfast is tipically scots and homemade, full of marvelous Fiona’s jams. Despite my many food allergies i never have any problems since they are so attentive. The room is adorable, with the curtains and the tea set near the window. I definitely recommend Fiona and Bryan’s house for holidays, if you’re looking for a family vacation.

Wow - where do I start with this review. Dupplin152 is the best B&B we've ever visited. From the time we arrived to leaving 7 days later we had a fabulous time with owners Bryan and Fiona. They were fantastic hosts and looked after us wonderfully.|Our room had a super king bed and was at the front of the house overlooking the well tendered garden. There was plenty of space for our stay and we had two comfortable chairs and a small table to sit by the window. In fact there was nothing that hadn't been thought about. There was the usual tea and instant coffee. There was also a cafetiere, brown sugar - even sweeteners! The sweet treats left in our room each day were appreciated. The bed was so comfortable with lovely fresh linen - we both slept really well every night.|There were the usual soaps` etc in the bathroom. However there was also hand cream - even gel in case you wanted to wash clothes! There was plenty of lovely hot water for showers too.|And so to breakfast. The filter coffee machine comes on early in the morning so if you want to put on the tartan dressing gown in your room and pop down to help yourself you're welcome. The menu is left on the table and the choice of hot food is large - eggs, smoked or unsmoked bacon, sausage, black pudding, haggis - the list goes on. While you're waiting for your freshly cooked breakfast you can help yourself to the cold buffet - home made compote, yoghurt, fresh fruit, oatcakes, cheese, cereals. And of course there's toast with home made jams and marmalade. Oh and if you haven't got space for the little sweet treats on the table there's always the doggy bag provided so you can eat them later.|To call Fiona a good cook feels wrong. She's an excellent chef. She and Bryan are both brilliant at what they do and were really helpful when we asked about places to visit in the area.|We were sad to leave as we had a fabulous time at Dupplin152.

I booked this B & B primarily because of the reviews, but also for its location as it's so near the city centre you can walk there in a short space of time, and it's easy to park outside on the road. The excellent reviews are totally warranted. We were there for 3 nights. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we were overcome by Fiona and Bryan's hospitality and attention to detail in all aspects of our stay from the food we ate, to the care and concern for our comfort and well-being as I found out when I contacted a painful ear infection during our first night there. I went downstairs at 7am and was greeted first with utter empathy and concern. I was handed Paracetamol by Fiona and given immediate advice about ringing Scotland's 111 NHS Helpline. Thanks to Fiona, I got an appointment at a local hospital that day at 12.30pm and got antibiotic ear drops. I could write a veritable epistle about the facilities of this B & B, but I shall be succinct and say, this is the best place I've ever stayed at and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay here.

Just one word: perfect.
A beautiful house with garden constantly cared for by Fiona and Bryan, the lovely owners.
Just two en suite rooms, spacious, exquisitely furnished, quiet, cosy and familiar, in which we slept like babies.
In the morning, a fantastic Scottish breakfast prepared in the moment - we explored the variant with eggs and salmon: unforgettable! - and an infinite variety of other delicacies topped by the jams and marmalade home-made by Fiona - we couldn't stop eating them on toasts!
Simply the best B&B we visited during our 2023 11-days summer tour of north-east Scotland.

We had an excellent stay here on a short visit. Welcoming hosts, pleasant accommodation and a delicious breakfast. Fiona and Bryan offered a cup of tea and refreshments on arrival which was much appreciated. Their welcome pack provided lots of useful information and restaurant recommendations which we made use of and had a very enjoyable meal.||Breakfast was a highlight with lots of attention to detail. Tasty and beautifully presented cooked breakfast and a lovely selection of cereals/fruit/preserves etc. Fiona told us she was a retired chef and that was very evident. I’m sure they would have produced anything we asked for.||A really nice experience awaits you if you choose to stay here. ||Would have been happy to stay longer and would definitely go back if we ever needed accommodation in Dundee.||Would definitely recommend.

Friendly warm welcome and a cup of tea on arrival from hosts Brian and Fiona. Lovely spotlessly clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Lots of home baked goodies by Fiona. Would definitely recommend staying at this Bed and Breakfast

Great food and a cosy room！Highly recommend! It is the best B&B in my 8 days stay in Scotland. Breakfast is so nice. They even do smoke salmon and poached eggs for breakfast. The bread next to the croissant is the best cheese soft bread is so nice. It is just so comfortable and the hosts probably consider everything for you. There is a park around it, quiet and beautiful.

I can't believe I never "reviewed" our stay from back in September of 2022. My bad! Our hosts were most generous with their time. Had we known that our hostess, Fiona, was a truly gifted chef, we'd have booked our dinner ahead of time. As it turned out, she adapted and we did take all our dinners in house. Breakfasts were just as delicious. The room was comfortable and, well, roomy. Bryan was an excellent host. If you have any interest in model war games, the more historical the better, get on Bryan's good side -- he has only one -- and he'll show you his latest setup. We were there for Waterloo. All in all, they are wonderful hosts. Next time we go to Scotland -- that was our fourth trip -- we'll stay with them again. Highly recommend Dupplin 152.
