Kinga and her fantastic team go above and beyond their roles to make your stay as amazing as possible. Always a friendly face no matter who is working, ready to assist with any request you may have.|The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, the bar has an extensive selection and there is food available 24/7. During evening hours there is also an additional menu which changes weekly, homemade by the chefs.||I have been staying at the Hilton in Dundee on and off since April as currently based up here for work. The above are but a few of the many reasons why I keep returning and would not stay anywhere else in Dundee.||Thanks Kinga and the rest of the Hilton Dundee team!

We stayed overnight - fifth floor room - for a birthday trip to Dundee.||Hotel is nice, clean, central and had paid parking (£10) at the door. ||Checkin was simple and they did a professional job of offering all the info on facilities, restaurant times etc - all very good. ||The room was clean and more than big enough for one night - everything worked in the room.||The Wi-Fi doesn’t seem to reach the fifth floor - none of our devices would connect and just spooled - but we checked on way out and in reception they could connect - that’s not really good enough - but we were out most of the time so not a big issue.||Breakfast was as expected - the digital juice dispenser is funky - and everything was cleared up despite the breakfast being busy. ||I checked out using the App - would stay here again.

We always have a wonderful experience at the Hampton by Hilton in Dundee! From the moment we arrive, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention to Simon, the reservations manager, who is always so helpful whenever we’re booking—he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect for our stay.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast is an absolute treat, with a delicious selection to start the day off right. Whether it’s for business or leisure, this hotel never disappoints. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay with Hilton Dundee couple of days ago. It was such a pleasant experience. Specially because of the warm welcome we got from the staff. I'd like to mention the pretty lady at the reception (Riana) was very helpful and kind. She made sure all our needs are met and we were been taken care of through out our stay. The hotel is situated in a convenient place and all amenities were within few mins away. I highly recommend this place and will plan for another stay soon 👍

After reconnecting with family in the Dundee area after many years apart, this facility has become my home away from home while back visiting from the USA. Simon R., the Reservations Mgr. personally goes above and beyond each time we visit to make sure our stay is very clean and comfortable. His staff are all super friendly and accommodating. Simon always promptly responds via e-mail to questions regarding my bookings. Charges at check-out are always spot on with zero surprises! Daily breakfast selection is excellent-thanks to Karen out front and Andy in the kitchen.| I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience at this Hampton. Highly recommend

We had been visiting Scotland for over a week. We pulled in, with no reservations, and they made it happen. It has been the BEST HOTEL yet! It checked all my boxes that I need in a hotel. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean spacious rooms, the beds were dreamy, air conditioner worked great, delicious restaurant and drinks for dinner, plus the breakfast was amazing. Oh, AND ON SITE PARKING! It was only £80 a night ~ kid you not!

You won't go wrong staying here. The area is amazing too! You are in walking distance of some real cool architecture wonders too!

I stayed here a few times when my dad was in Ninewells for an operation, the staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful or nice. The rooms are well decorated and the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. ||My one complaint would be the constant abuse of the limited disabled parking. Pushing someone on a wheelchair up the underground parking ramp is not the easiest. While people without disabled badges constantly take up the dedicated spaces.||It was not enough of an annoyance for me to take a rating off, as I’m able to push the wheelchair up the ramp, but many would not be able too.

Can’t fault this excellent value for money hotel. We had booked three nights as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations and really enjoyed our stay.|The room was on the fifth floor with city views from both windows. Car parking available for £10 per night and complimentary buffet breakfast included in the price.|Simon and Karen on breakfast duty were exceptional. Tables were cleared quickly and efficiently, surfaces were spotless and buffet was regularly topped up.|Simon also gave us great tips on what to do and see whilst we were in Dundee.|The location itself was also great - all attractions not too far away. The V&A Museum was a stand out visit for us, don’t miss it!
