We can truthfully say that we had the wedding we'd always hoped for. From our first meeting with Jordan, everything went smoothly. She helped to coordinate the different suppliers making it possible to be a much more relaxed bride than I anticipated.
It was obvious that the staff genuinely wanted our wedding to be a success, and they did everything to make it so.
Dovecliff Hall Hotel is a beautiful venue, both for your ceremony and reception, and having the whole place to ourselves made for a relaxed yet extra special day.
10/10 would recommend.

We were celebrating a birthday with Afternoon Tea. Superb experience from start to finish. We were not hurried, as can be the case in some places. The food and tea/coffee was good quality, well prepared and plenty of it. You can retire to a comfortable seated area by the bar after eating, again nobody hurrying you along. The young waiting staff were a credit to the hotel - friendly, polite, attentive and professional. The hotel is an historic old building with well maintained grounds. |Highly recommended.

Just had our wedding and we are so, so pleased with how it went at Dovecliff. A little review could never do it full justice! The food and venue were absolutely beautiful. They offer exclusive use and rooms to stay in, with a package tailored perfectly to our needs.

We had a truly wonderful day, made even more special by the staff and by Jordan, the coordinator, whose sharp eye for detail made everything run seamlessly.

If you’re looking for a venue that really knows what they’re doing and offers incredible value for money, look no further!

Lets start with the positives. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. And the building is impressive. The breakfast was excellent as ever and the staff were excellent. But the rooms are looking a bit tired and need some TLC. Windows could not be opened in my room and the wooden surrounds were dirty. I don't think it was as clean as past visits. I am sure things can be put right as I know there are new owners. So hopefully on my next visit things would have improved and the damp smell is gone.

Very good stay. The waiting staff at dinner, although young, were very professional and friendly. The hotel is interesting and very well presented in a lovely setting. Dinner was excellent - well presented and very tasty. Breakfast was also well presented. Pricing was very fair for B&B with dinner being a little more expensive but it was high quality.

Super birthday celebrations at the brilliant Dovecliff Hall Hotel. We booked the Library for pre-lunch drinks followed by a delicious lunch in the private dining room. The staff and surroundings were great.

Excellent lunch for a very good friend’s birthday in a private dining room. Excellent food with great service in a lovely dining room with views across the countryside. Highly recommended.
