We were recommended Foundation by my Mother after her amazing experience a few years back. We invited Foundation to value our property along with 2 other Estate Agents. When Kevin entered our house, we were made to feel so comfortable and assured that our property would be in good hands with Foundation, from this experience, we knew straight away that Foundation were the Estate Agents for us.
After instructing Foundation, we were introduced to Terrie, who was very enthusiastic about our property, and the write up of our beautiful home was amazing, along with the professional photography, of which, a lot of time went into ensuring that all photos taken were perfect. Terrie left my partner and myself, feeling very excited about the next steps.
We were then introduced to Martin, who really did an amazing job with the viewing of our property, he was on the phone whenever was needed to communicate viewer feedback, as well as the booking times and dates. Martin did an excellent job and our house was sold after only the second weekend of viewings!
Once sold, we were introduced to Jon, who was the real MVP in the whole process. Jon was able to make the best of a very stressful few weeks at the end of our sale, and managed to get the entire chain prepared, where other Estate Agent progressors could not. Jon's motivation really kept us going through this, and I cannot thank him enough for the amazing work and dedication to our sale, of which I can guarantee we would not have been given had we chosen another Estate Agency.
If if ever hear of any of my friends, family or associates are looking to sell, I will always give a good review for them as I can honestly say, they are the BEST IN KENT!!!!
If and when we look to move again, we will only sell through Foundation. Thank you all so so much for making our experience a positive one.

I have used Foundation twice this year. Firstly with the sale of my mothers house and then my own.

I have been so happy with their service and customer care. Dealing with people who have many years of experience in house sales makes selling a home a less traumatic experience. Jon always took my calls and was the linchpin holding all the communication together, not just on my sale but it seems in all of the seven or so in my chain!
