We stayed here over a long weekend last week. It was a family weekend away and used it as our base. The hotel was AMAZING with ample parking, impeccable service and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were exemplary given they had a prom and wedding on Friday/Saturday. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety for all to enjoy. The only thing we would recommend is installing air conditioning in the rooms as they were very hot although you did provide fans. It is no wonder you have received all those awards. Will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

We were celebrating a golden wedding anniversary on the 31st May and there were a couple of issues during our stay. However, the manager Ryan is the best hotel manager I have ever experienced. He listened to us and rectified things asap. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly and was very professional and approachable. Thanks Ryan,you are an asset to the business,I wish all hotel managers executed the same level of customer service as you do.Thank you.

I took a friend today for a prosecco afternoon tea. We were given a warm welcome by staff and shown to our table in the beautiful and comfortable conservatory dining area. There was a menu beside us with all the mouthwatering items for our tea listed and described. There were 4 delicious savouries and 4 sweets treats along with a freshly baked scone with cream and absolutely delicious jam. Every mouthful was a treat and, although I'm normally a sweet tooth, the savouries nibbles were outstanding|My friend had both glasses of prosecco as I was driving and we opted for coffee with was rich and strong- just the way we like it. Staff checked with us to see if everything was alright and again towards the end of our meal to ask if we wanted anything else. The restaurant was quite busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend a visit and we'll definitely return.

Lovely hotel that caters for weddings business conferences as well as an occasional traveller. We were greeted warmly at reception and shown to a very spacious room with king size comfortable bed and all the facilities you require for your stay. We dined at the hotels restaurant and had a delicious meal first class seafood which I would recommend.Staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful I hope to visit again soon and have no hesitation in recommending.

Service is top-notch! We had afternoon tea. I wasn't the biggest fan of the savoury, but that's purely my own choice, just more of a sweet tooth. It worked in my partners favour as he preferred the savoury. The scone and sweets were delicious. Beautifully presented.

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful grounds and the staff are fantastic.

Belated review as I never got round to writing it previously.. Came after dropping children off as they started school. Had breakfast. My sour dough break was extremely stale, I could barely bite into it and the orange juice was room temperature. I wouldn’t go back based on this experience as it didn’t come|Cheap. Reading other reviews 10/10 for ambience and staff. But the basics with basic food quality is lacking.

Popped in last Sunday for a high tea and was a bit apprehensive after seeing a couple of reviews as we have eaten here many times and never had an issue.
We needn't have worried - service was excellent and the food was piping hot and really tasty. We ended up so full that we had to take the majority of our cakes away!
Wife had the roast and was given the choice of medium-rare or well done and it came oit perfectly and i had the mixed grill was was very nice.
Staff were busy but very friendly and helpful.

My first time in here, meeting for a coffee in the Dukes Bar.
Nice view, good service and atmosphere.
Customers next to us were steaming a live football game on their devices, loudly, which was extremely ignorant!!
No challenge from staff, which was surprising for this standard of hotel.
Great time, and we sat much longer than planned.
