Travelodge Stirling M80||||Bannockburn||||No Customer Service||||1015426748||||Had two nights.||“No speak good English”||Mattress very hard.||Add insult to injury I received a parking ticket when I arrived home .||So Motel is situated on the land of NCP (www.Sharks.com).||I followed all instructions as per signage, left details with reception and still they charged me.||The manager of the Travel Lodge is called Jay , he basically told me to deal with it myself, he also told me that the cameras were faulty and that it would probably have been a mistake.||He also told me that some guy had wrongly paid the fine.||My argument is that I was a paying customer to Travel Lodge and a customer I was wrongly charged.||I did get fine revoked on my own.||I am still asking for an apology from the car parking company, still nothing.||No help or support from Travel Lodge , no body wants to know.||I feel really let down.||Well that’s it 6 months on , still nothing no help, no explanation., no customer service…… no interest in their customers, take your money then wash their hands of you.||Well that’s it Travel Lodge your customer service is non existent.||As one of your sales reps has just told me there is no customer service number.||It’s all online, well I’ve tried that and still nothing.||He reckons that the line would be constantly engaged if there was a number.||He said as it is a multi international company then the phone would be ringing off the hook.||Doesn’t that speak volumes and that’s from an employee.||Finished with Travel Lodge!!!!!

Clean room with nice bug towels and good shower, I was given room at back of building away from the busy car park which was lovely and quiet . Wasn't checkin and pleasant friendly staff. Free parking is always a bonus these days too. Other hotels take note !

Small hotel in a good location on our route from Carnryan to Aberdeen. Free parking in a carpark at front door and easy-to-get snacks nearby. Very quiet. Very clean, good size double bedroom. Very clean bathroom too. Nice, helpful, staff. Excellent value.

Overall the stay was okay - the rooms are basic but clean. I have no choice but to stay in a Travel Lodge due to travelling with my dog. This time though the toilet wasn’t clean

A very run down hotel, a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridors and cannabis on occasions. In need of a full renovation as paint flaking off all the woodwork, carpets dirty and paintwork very poor on walls. Linen was clean and fresh but that's the only positive thing about the hotel. No restaurant facilities unless you like Burger King which is next door along with a Greggs and an M&S shop which are very expensive due to being a motorway service station. Parking is busy but free if you remember to register in the reception area. I have stayed at many Travelodge hotels and this is without doubt the worst, which is a shame considering its location. It needs knocking down and rebuilding to match the other excellent hotels in the chain.

It's a place to sleep, rooms are tired, they really need give everything a paint, the seats need replaced but are adequate. The units are solid wood and need a new coat to bring them up and the carpets need replaced.

With that said the bedsheets are clean the bed is too, the towels are clean and are fresh. The bathroom is very clean but is not newly fitted with a bath, not a shower walk in.

Your team: Absolutely faultless and an asset! I do hope you have a reward system in place, as I would like to give them a star.
They are dealing with issues, which in my opinion, they shouldn't have to.

On arrival, 20:50 2nd of June. A note was displayed on reception, "away for few minutes".
I waited, no more than 10 minutes, but then decided to call the number provided, thinking I may have missed check in time. I was then greeted by a team member, so apologetic, they almost seemed embarrassed. They had been attending to another guest behind the scenes.

My check was seamless.

Your room: Damp smell. Bathroom in great need of maintenance. I actually worried about putting the shower on as half inch gaps between bath and wall. Sealer completely useless and room on the 2nd floor.
It was after 9pm once I arrived to the room and I was in need of just putting my head down.
Room was clean, despite the bathroom issues. So, called it a night.

Next few days stay - 4th June: No hot water. I ran the water for several minutes, not wanting to waste anymore, I had to have a cold water 'camping style' wash.

Was due to stay another night, but decided to checkout early.

Went to reception, message on the desk, 'Reception Closed'. To call, number provided, if in need of assistance.

I called, and was dealt with by such a lovely member of your team. I didn't get their name, but need to pass on my thanks. They delt with the issue so professionally and with such understanding.

This issue has been logged with your team, and will be addressed with Travelodge HQ, but I feel recognition is needed to be sent to your team members.
They are dealing with issues out of their control, and getting unnecessary stresses added to work life!

Friendly staff. Bed linen crisp & spotless. Bathroom immaculate & as always superb mattress & pillows. Very comfortable for someone with a bad back! Really quiet nights sleep. No noisy guests. Reception & corridors vert clean & everywhere smelt lovely & fresh.
