My stay at The Crags Hotel was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions.

The highlight of my stay was the amazing Indian food—every dish was flavorful and truly belly-warming! A special thanks to Chef Vinod for his culinary expertise. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from the host, Mr. Vishant, who went above and beyond to help me plan my Highland trip.

Overall, a fantastic experience—great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This a tiny beauty of a hotel with excellent Indian food.
Perfect stopover on our way to highlands.

We dint stop by but we have been shown the rooms and hence I put the review. We were show couple of in occupied rooms just to assure the quality which I thought was very interesting way to promote.
This shows that the guys care and mean business.
Coming to food
The food was very tasty and the desert cheese cake was excellent.
I was very tempted to have a pint after looking at the small and cosy bar but couldn’t as I had an onward journey to make.
I strongly recommend this little gem in beautiful village of Callander .

Craig was a fantastic experience. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and had breathtaking views. Best place for dining and drinks! We had a good time with family. Owner of the Hotel was very friendly and cheery person, he suggested good food to choose from the menu. I had the best cheesecake made by chef Vinod. Place is in lovely location and good if you want small stay with family. Will definitely come back 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Crag Hotel in Callander, Scotland. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions like the Falls of Falloch and Bracklinn Falls.

One of the best parts of my stay was the hotel’s own Indian restaurant called Desh. The food was absolutely delicious—flavorful, authentic, and freshly prepared. It was a pleasant surprise to find such great Indian cuisine in the heart of Scotland! The staff was also friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better.

If you’re looking for a peaceful stay with excellent Indian food, Crag Hotel is definitely worth visiting!

Stayed over night and paid £108 for a room without breakfast which I do think was pricey. Room was nice but the strong smell of Indian cooking from the restaurant below was overpowering to say the least. Also found the casual check and check out a bit underwhelming, “just leave your key in the morning”

I had stayed at Crags hotel for 2 days on my way to Highlands. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. My stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Desh restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine which I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good tasting Indian food at a reasonable price.
