Stayed here recently (even though I live close by). Greeted by Janice who was very friendly and a pleasure to chat to. Stayed in the original house. Really great sized bedroom and bathroom. Clean and nicely decorated. Also the location is fantastic, in the centre of town.

Our first ever stay at Antrim House and it is worth more than 5 stars! We stayed in the deluxe twin room and it had everything we needed and more!. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spotless and I loved the decor!. Janice the owner greeted us with a very warm welcome and if there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask her anytime and it was not a problem! Situated in the town centre of Portrush, you are close to all shops/cafes/retaurants. We will be back to stay in August. We really enjoyed our stay with Antrim House.

What a wonderful host (Janice), super welcoming and friendly. We have been travelling for a few weeks and this place was such a welcome stress free relief. Lovely bedroom with spacious bathroom, and living room. Hot tub on the balcony and an outdoor setting to have breakfast or a coffee or nightcap. If I could give more than 5 stars i would. Don't hesitate to add Antrim House to your next holiday destination.

The room was perfect very clean and modern however my interaction with the staff/owner of Antrim house let it down tremendously. I went to celebrate my 21st Birthday with a family member and my younger sister and her friend had decided to go down and join us for a couple hours over my birthday so they booked a B&B across from train station. When they arrived down to our room not even 5 minutes later I received a phone call from Janice questioning me if I’d updated my stay to more people staying which I then informed her no as they weren’t staying they had their own B&B booked etc Janice then asked me if they were in the hot tub with us which I then had told her yes they were which then I was very rudely told you know it’s not a public bath tub and that they had to get there things and leave immediately. The phone call was very unpleasant and Janice was extremely rude and I didn’t understand where her attitude came from. I’d understand if this was a rule of Antrim house that no visitors were aloud however I was never sent any rules that stated this and in the phone call Janice also never stated that this was there policy. I also can’t understand how Janice would have know there were any visitors in my room I can only come to the conclusion that she has CCTV in the rooms which is extremely inappropriate as we were in a room with a hot tub, I wouldn’t like anyone to be spying on us in bikinis. It defiantly put a downer on my 21st we felt paranoid after my sister and her friend left that there was a high possibility of Cameras in the room.

Nice Hotel comprises single, double and suite rooms. Complementary breakfast.
Pros -
1. Car Parking is available.
2. Nice ambience.
3. Friendly staff and good location.
Cons -
1. Single Room size is small.
2. Quite expensive - Rs 11500 ~ (100 pounds) for a day stay.

My mum and I had an amazing night away for her birthday. The suite was lovely, very clean and we loved the hottub. Lovely garden also with the suite. Janice was a wonderful host who was so helpful. We will be definitely be back again and would highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay right in the center of Portrush. I’ve stayed twice and I think I will have to find an excuse for staying again. Well worth the price, rooms are well furnished, staff are really friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast has a great variety of options and the on site parking is a great bonus. I’ve only stayed in the main house which is Victorian and the owner has furnished and decorated in keeping with the period, lots of lovely paintings and ornaments to enjoy.

Loved our stay here! My only regret was not planning more time in Portrush and staying at Antrim House. Great location near the water and close to restaurants and what appears to be an amusement park which could be fun in the summer. Comfortable bed, great amenities, beautiful sunsets just down the street, and starlit nights in the hot tub. Great communication with property manager. Loved it!
