And if you pick up a resident it's controlled by euro car parks with a £100 fine if they don't come out quick enough.

They try and force you to pay a £10 deposit for your room key. This is part of their business plan as they hope that in the morning that you forget and are in a rush to get to the airport, so you just put your key on the quick check out box. It is a disgrace as this is not mentioned anywhere online.

They use agency staff on the reception, who are very unprofessional. It is a great shame because the place has a lot of potential - the rooms are decent enough. With that said, our room was light at night as the hotel has outdoor lights that are placed right outside your window. In addition, the stairwell smells like a gas leak - which doesn't fill you with confidence. I don't recommend this place as you can't trust them. Stay with a more reputable brand, you may regret it otherwise.

Message to the owners: please consider the values in which you do business. At the moment it seems more so that your business model is based on anything but the customer experience. I would highly recommend that you address this.

Good or positive

The Breakfasts were fine and were of a continental flavour with Croissants and Orange Juice with a Coffee making machine.
The two reception staff Junior and Willy were great. One of the cleaners were polite and respectful too. Cheap price negotiated for loner term stay for work.
Ideal place for one night stays for the Airport.

Bad or negative

A couple of cleaners had clever attitudes and a locker Key for work went missing from my room!
No one else to blame but cleaners having access to the room and regularly being in there daily. Kids under 16 very drunk running around the landings on a weekend!
The obvious knocking shop shenanigans on a weekend, but expected for a 3 star hotel.
As a result, I moved out the week after and couldn't trust being in there and it felt like I had been burgled.

I stayed here in August of 2019, and it was one of the best experiences of my life as far as hotels go. The owner/ manager at the front desk was very nice and more than accommodating. I was stranded in Scotland for a couple days due to a plane issue, and called the manager crying - he was very friendly and understanding, and made me feel welcome when I went back to the hotel. Breakfast was good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, and the bathroom was like a five star hotel with a walk in shower and pristine amenities. Very central location. Really good Indian restaurant down the road in paisley. Would recommend!

Absolutely shocking customer service. This was booked months in advance as somewhere to stop after making it home from a late flight from our holiday. They seem to think it’s perfectly fine and “enough” notice to cancel our room literally 1 hour before we are about to board our flight home. Apparently this is enough time to frantically find another place to stay when it is impossible to book and phone hotels when you’re on another country and the phone charges are sky high. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. 👍🏻

A good size family room for a bed and breakfast. There is a coffee facility, coffee , tea, milk and sugar provided. There is a hair dryer and a satellite TV.
The bathroom is not equipped with an electric socket for the use of electric shaver. Only shower facility. The beds were cosy. Only downside it's is hot these days and the windows had to be opened although not fully and you can hear the noise from the road. In the morning it is worst. Despite being near the airport one can hardly hear planes landing or taking off. Free parking but must register vehicle at the reception. Breakfast is only continental. Overall the bed and breakfast is value for money if you don't mind that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning during summer and the noises coming from the main road. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

The hotel was filthy. My room was disgusting - hairs all over the bed, and bathroom, along with muddy footprints, stains on the floor, smelt like smoke covered up with air freshener. The stairwell smelt heavily of gas. The car park has signs up telling you need to pay, but none telling you it’s free to paying guests. The Night Staff was rude abs unhelpful. I left before 5am as I couldn’t relax on such a dirty space. Have made attempts to contact the hotel but they don’t respond. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel says that it is sound proof, i was unable to sleep all night due to other rooms making a racket and got no help when complained. The smell is horrid from entry till departure, would not recommend even if it is for a few hours till you get your flight. I would have rather stayed inside the airport than in this hotel again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
