This farmhouse is absolutely lovely. Lesley is a lovely lady and made us feel very relaxed and happy. the room is smallish but clean. Breakfast delivered, no complaints at all. Loved it. All set in gorgeous surroundings

Love, love, LOVED Sheildaig Farm B&B! The location was gorgeous, the rooms were beautiful. Leslie was an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make your stay so lovely. She has thought of everything! The breakfast was delicious and we truly enjoyed Ellie’s visits. Thank you! 💕Side note. Her son is a delightful young man and a bee keeper, harvesting his own honey. If you go, please support his mission! 🐝 🩷

Our only regret was not staying longer. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful spot! They had everything needed to accommodate us and our small baby. We would recommend this place over and over. We will be back for a longer stay in the future.

We had one night at the farm's bed and breakfast. Lesley was our host and she was great. She provided an informative orientation to the room and the farm and then took our order for breakfast on the following morning. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle etc with continental breakfast supplies and a hot breakfast is delivered to the room. The breakfast was first class. We enjoyed the peace, quiet and tranquility of the farm. We did the walk right around the property when we arrived and it set the scene for a very relaxing stay.

Super cute B&B just outside of Balloch, with glorious views of the Loch Lomond area. Lesley was incredibly friendly and prompt about answering my various questions via email leading up to our stay. It was a bit farther from the pubs of the area than we anticipated (that's on us), but was very quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent & delivered to our door at the time we requested.

Excellent B&B which was great value for money. Lesley was professional and friendly and made a fabulous breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of extras to make your stay special. The two pups greeting you as you arrived were a welcome surprise! A right gem, would highly recommend if staying around Loch Lomond.

The approach to this accommodation was tough. If you are arriving at night just go slow to navigate the numerous potholes and to see the signs. The farm property seems wonderful but our unit was cold, smaller than anticipated with a tired mattress. The shower is vented by a creaky fan and the floors were slightly dirty. We were expecting much more value and cleanliness for the cost.. nice hosts, the kind you have a hard time telling the poor details too but hope they see the review and take a critical eye to their accommodation.

The Sheildaig Farm B & B was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy our first day in Scotland. Very comfortable bed, lovely room with everything we needed. Our host, Lesley, is personable and accommodating! Her dinner recommendation of the Duck House Hotel was spot on. It was a beautiful setting and delicious food. We had to make an early departure, Lesley prepared a wonderful box of goodies to enjoy before we set off! Highly recommend!!
