This place is absolutely shocking staff wise.

Laura, the supposed hotel manager, acts like she owns the place rather than manages it. Her attitude towards staff is cold, dismissive, and downright rude. There’s no sense of support or leadership from her whatsoever.

Housekeeping staff are visibly overworked, running around under constant pressure with no appreciation. reception is chaotic because team members are either stretched too thin or being spoken to like they’re worthless. Morale here is clearly non existent.

When I arrived to check in, Fiona at reception was visibly huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes like serving guests was the biggest inconvenience of her day. She barely greeted me, spoke with a tone full of attitude, and made me feel like I was a burden just for checking in. It was genuinely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The location is good, can’t lie, but the food is way overpriced and it’s £19 for a lasagna that is most likely frozen and probably from Iceland for £1!

It just shows the lack of care and attention to detail overall.

Overall the management style is toxic, and it shows in how stressed and miserable the staff look. This isn’t somewhere I’d recommend working if you value your mental health or want to be treated like a human being.

A great hotel for an overnighter before flying or travelling onwards. Rooms well appointed, comfortable and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A fairly simple menu available in the restaurant/bar area but all food generous and tasty. Nice to have food and drink available in the hotel. You can park your car, check in and then relax! Good breakfast too! Would definitely use this place again.

Our in-room A/C unit was dripping water and I notified the front desk. Nobody ever came to the room to address it. By the morning the towels we had placed underneath were soaked. Thankfully no one was using the fold out bed.
Aside from that is was a nice stay. The room is small but comfortable. Easy walk to the airport in the morning. Check in and check out were very smooth.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk out of the airport across the road and straight in.
Room was as you’d expect and breakfast had everything you could want. The staff were great. We were so tired after a very long journey. They checked us in very fast. For a stay over for an early flight or the convenience if you have a flight next day is perfect.
If you are using the car park the charge is £10 per 24hrs. We hired our car when we arrived not realising the closeness of the hotel. But you could get to the hire centre via walking and it is well paved all round so no playing chicken with the cars. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I had a generally nice experience at this hotel, but there were a couple of drawbacks for me. The bed was a bit too small for my size, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was looking forward to working out after a long day, but unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer fitness facilities. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, though. With a bit more attention to these details, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The only good things about this hotel were the price and location to airport, everything else was below average. We stayed here the night before and the night after our holiday. First night's room had obviously not been cleaned properly there were clumps of long black hair in the bathroom. And the room on return had repair works happening in it which a large clamp securing the mittor, which stuck out into the room by 6 inches just at shin height. When we reported it the receptionist just said she would remind the maintenance team, there was no mention of getting it sorted or moving us to another room.

This was a great hotel! Staff were 100% wonderful with every interaction. The food served in the evening and breakfast was top notch. Room was quiet. They even had a baggage scale and Dove soap in the rooms. They've thought of everything. When you have a flight at 0400, it's nice to roll out of bed and walk 3 min to the airport! The only suggestion would be to provide better signage from the airport if possible. I took the long way round which wasn't the safest. You just have to cut thru the garage and work your way back a block and it's right there. There is a bus that runs all night into Glasgow and it's super easy to catch right at the airport. Thanks so much for such excellent service to all who work at this Glasgow location.

Our flight was basly delayed (10 hours).

E Mailed hotel to advise we would arrive 0400 - 0500. front desk ready to welcome on arrival put us in a room handy for lift. My partner had to sort out baggage and get back to airport for 0620 final check in. This was easily achieved. Then I went to collect car from Long-stay. Returned to hotel had excellent cooked breakfast. Returned to room and slept for 4.5 hours - no disturbance. Had a nice shower loaded car & checked out 1200 Very helpful staff throughout *****
