Advertised as My.Motel Glasgow airport but it is nowhere near the airport a £10 taxi drive which I suppose isn't bad. Functional room which was spotlessly clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, they upgraded me from a single bed to a king size which was great. I ordered a JustEat to the motel as It was a good 25 minutes walk to nearest eaterie. Cheap and cheerful, however not sure I would stay again. Plenty parking in the street which saved on airport parking fees.

Extremely disappointed with My Motel Glasgow Airport. Booked directly through their website which advertises "free cancellation until X date" when you book but this is completely false.||||I booked this hotel for my partner to stay near the hospital where I'm scheduled for a procedure that requires my partner to be nearby for a few nights. We needed something affordable (close to NHS accommodation allowance) and within walking distance of the hospital. When my hospital admission date changed, I tried to modify our reservation on May 5th. No response. Followed up on May 9th and received a dismissive "we will do it at our earliest convenience" reply. When we found better accommodation closer to the hospital, we attempted to cancel within their advertised free cancellation period.||||The front desk staff openly admitted they weren't trained to process cancellations, claimed there was "nobody in the whole hotel" who could help, and no manager was available. We were told to email, then accused of sending "hundreds of emails" (we sent 4). They promised callbacks that never happened. After multiple attempts, they finally told us our reservation "would not be cancelled" and that we were "not very good customers."||||I've had to cancel my bank card and lodge a fraud complaint against them to prevent them from charging me for a reservation they refuse to cancel, despite being well within their advertised free cancellation period (May 16th).||||Save yourself the headache and stay ANYWHERE else. This place seems to operate by trapping people with their deceptive cancellation policy.

I have truly never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. Even as a motel the state of it was unexpected. upon checking in and receiving our room, we realised it did not lock. we went to reception to ask for a new room which actually locked, to this the man on reception told us no it does lock, after going back and forth of him trying to gaslight us that it did lock i finally convinced him to come up and let us show him that it doesn’t. He saw it didn’t lock and said oh yeah it doesn’t well i haven’t got any other rooms, no body will come in anyway though. no apologies nothing. after telling him i’m not staying in a room that doesn’t lock he magically appeared a new room after saying he doesn’t have any. we were given a room with no windows (after paying more for a city view window) which was like a sauna. no air conditioning in the room, we asked if they had fans in reception, they didn’t. we slept with wet towels on ourselves because trust me it was THAT hot. but atleast this room locked.

Good parking
Checking in was straight forward with receptionstaff taking us to our room
Room. Was fine, bedding clean, not enough towels
Sink area too tight to fill the kettle
Showerdidnt run hot & shower area smelled of strong tobacco
TVcame on intermittently overnight
Repeatedly disturbed by room service before checkout time
Small soap/ shower sachet & teabags provided.
We did not feel safe at the location, would not recommend

Room was a great size for the price that was paid, bed was comfortable and the staff we interacted with were friendly and willing to help whenever we asked. Our only minor complaint was the shower not draining properly and making the carpet outside of the door slightly damp

They provide a nice accommodation near to the Airport and has a good presentation to the room with a wide and big LED TV, Kettle and good Heating in the rooms, Lighting is Amazing in the rooms, there is usually a shampoo or Paint smell however it goes away in a few hours if you open the window

Basic but clean, big walk-in shower. A comfy king-size bed. Don't do food, ok for somewhere to put your head down.

Didn't stay. Walked out after seeing the room.|Blood and other stains on bedding. |Stains on walls. |Mould and heavy stains on the ceiling.|Minor point "Deluxe city view room" had no window. Booking agent gave me compensation payment and are working on getting my money back.||
