Free parking 10/10|I was there on route to my sons wedding and have used this facility on numerous occasions |Upon arrival I reminded staff I have 2 rooms booked and 9 people for breakfast and could we sit together if possible (I had previously asked this over the phone a few days prior to no avail) I was unable to add this to booking as I did not know what everyone wanted to eat, seems a reasonable request?|Well it was just a me problem as far as they were concerned indeed by her own admission the receptionist had never been into the restraunt.|Came down early to greet my family only to be informed the chef had phoned in sick, with only a continental breakfast on offer and my family could not attend as they were not paying guests (thankfully we went to a place nearby that were more than happy to take my £100)|As for the room there was no blackout when the curtains were closed, this is one of the better features normally, noise from planes was aweful (seems better at other end of hotel ) To cap it all there was a bus parked under our window which decided to start up and rev at 1.30am waking us.|No plugs by bed?|Our last visit was not great but we tried again, however, my partner as assured me it will be our last time .|It was a very poor start to what went on to be an amazing weekend thankfully.| Maybe some of your staff should realise that no matter what position they hold, at that time when dealing with customers they are Premier Inn.||ADB1041171

We had booked a weekend stay for an annual event, but sadly had to cancel due to an unexpected family bereavement. Thankfully, our booking policy allowed us to amend our stay within 18 months, so we planned to rebook for the following year.||Since the online system only allows bookings up to 12 months in advance, I called the hotel directly. I spoke with Christy, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She offered to set a reminder for herself to update our booking once the dates became available.||True to her word, I received a new booking confirmation just a few days later, along with an invoice clearing our original stay. It was such a relief to have this handled so smoothly.||We had other travel plans that same week with a different provider in Edinburgh and are still chasing support through online chats. The contrast in service was stark.||A heartfelt thank you to Christy for being the compassionate, human voice we needed at a very difficult time. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition.

We were there to attend a funeral the next day. We were asked when booking whether it was Business or Pleasure trip. They should have a third option for people attending the likes of a funeral which is neither business nor pleasure.||We were particularly impressed that the Blue Badge spaces outside where monitored which is the first time we have seen this at any hotel. As a disabled person I rely on getting parked near the front door and often find several vehicles parked in the disabled spaces without displaying a Blue Badge.||The food was good and the room very comfortable.

Been there for one night only as we were on a road trip so couldn’t spend more than a night to any hotel. This one was really good tidy and clean room. Staff’s gesture was too friendly and welcoming. We had issue in our room’s heater so the night person there changed my room immediately. Perfect location near to Glasgow Airport.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Lyndsey at reception she was so helpful and friendly. What a great welcome to have from early check-in to staying another night she just made everything so easy that I would definitely stay again. The rooms were spotless and nice and quiet

We were visiting family so this was a great local option for us to stay. The staff in the restaurant were rushed off their feet but still managed to squeeze in a last minute table of 7 for us when we arrived later than expected. Great meal after a long journey!

Standard premier inn room and very comfy bed and pillows. Few areas in bathroom missed by cleaners. Although a fan is provided the room was way too hot and difficult to sleep with window open due to proximity to airport and noise of planes. Rooms absolutely need aircon as very hot and stuffy even on a moderately warm day. Wouldnt like to stay here in the summer months. Staff pleasant when you could find them but never seemed to be around as they were outside smoking

The bed was great, room clean everything was lovely, nice comfortable room, temp of room just right, great to have a lift and not have to walk up stairs car park right by window, would stay again, well done, staff friendly, nice and quite. great service.
