Visited today for the first time and Donna was outstanding. Her friendly, welcoming nature put me at ease right away and it was like chatting to someone I’d known for years! She made the waxing process a positive experience and it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Having been to another laser hair removal clinic before, I can confidently say Donna is in a league of her own. She’s happy to explain the benefits of her laser (if you’re curious), and I’ve experienced the difference firsthand. My skin looks incredible, feels calm and irritation-free, and the results are far more effective. Donna focuses on quality, not quantity, so you’re not stuck in endless, ineffective sessions. It’s clear she cares about her clients, not just their money.

She’s also super efficient and always finishes by applying lotion to the treated areas, which feels like a lovely final touch. I leave every appointment with a smile, feeling pampered and grateful for some well-deserved "me-time".

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially for people getting a wax for the first time and who are a bit nervous (like me). Donna talked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and was just the picture of professionalism the entire time. It takes skill to make someone feel that comfortable while they are (objectively) in quite a bit of pain! Will definitively be going back again.
