This sauna is so amazing and Rob was an amazing host! He was so kind, generous, and good natured and made our hen do sauna trip wonderful. The face masks and the scrubs are so fantastic and left us all feeling smooth and pampered. We even got to dip into the pool while the waves weren’t on. We got lots of lovely refreshing fruit which made the sauna experience even better. Thank you Rob for a great time!

Spear Sauna is a fantastic wellbeing space to unwind after a surf session at Lost Shore. I have been a few times now and it has always been a spotless experience. Perfect temperature and humidity, amazing views of the wave pool, and very friendly staff who truly care about wellbeing and community-building. A cherry on top is having freshly cut oranges when you get out to have a bucket-style cold plunge. Thanks, Rob, for making this sauna experience always 10/10!

We visited for a 30 minute sauna on Valentines day. What a fabulous experience. The sauna is spotless, and has a wonderful view over the wave pools. It was so much fun watching the surfers. We also had a go at the cold water showers, which was great. Rob was so kind and friendly, and we felt so well looked after. We will be back ❤️

This sauna was a fantastic experience! I visited it on a Saturday afternoon. The sun was shining in through the big window which allowed for watching the surfers. The temperature was pleasantly hot, the staff extremely friendly, the oranges served really tasty and the cold water buckets for afterwards refreshing. I'll definitely come again.

We booked the private sauna session for a hen do and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff was so friendly and our host Rob was so accommodating and made sure we were all looked after. Couldn’t recommend this enough, thank you spear sauna & thank you Rob!

Absolutely fantastic feature to use post surf at Lost Shore. Very nice attention to detail with the finish to the sauna and kept at a good temperature 80/100 🌡. I'd say value for money at 10 quid for half an hour, plus a slice of orange🍊or two in between cold water buckets 🪣. A solid 5 stars 🌟 from me 💪

Fabulous sauna with a great temperature; Located in a great area with a stunning view of the quarry stone and brave surfers! Love the bucket style cold plunge! Super friendly staff, with great amenities for changing and showers. Cannot wait to return!
