We went to Fair Price Kitchens on a recommendation after trailing round all the major outlets. We found the quality to be far superior and the personal service was invaluable as it was not a straightforward space to measure and plan, being knocked through from a wonky old building.
Richard and Steve were very laid back and helpful with no hard sell, even taking my constant indecisiveness with good humour (sorry!) and nothing was too much trouble.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or use them again. We now have a beautiful kitchen and at a great price - thank you!

Excellent product, price and service

We were introduced to Steve and Richard through a friend and right from the start we found them friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The layout was designed to our requirements, tweaked along the way as we nailed down which appliances we wanted and the built to a high standard and in the timescale we needed.

Steve came out a couple of times at the design stage and we went to their premises to talk to Richard about the style, material and accessories. They put us in contact with a fitter for the work and all I can say is that the finished product exceeds our vision. Thanks so much guys - glad we chose you!

After shopping around I came across fair price. I found the units the best quality for the price, very impressed with the strength of the 18mm carcass including the back and the fact that they all come made up with doors on ready to fit, which I managed to fit most of my kitchen myself saving hundreds on a fitter. Visited to see what they had as highly recommended by my builder. Richard was very helpful and informative. Not a large selection of cupboard doors but luckily for me they had the design and colours I liked. Good range of taps and handles. We will be ordering off them as soon as our house is ready. Can't wait!!

The service I have received from Richard and Steve has been exemplary. They have been on hand to provide help and advice at all points, including changing several aspects of my final kitchen design. The whole process has been faultless from start to finish.

My husband has been a joiner for over 40 years and he has commented on the quality of the units; he said they were as good as, if not better, quality than the leading manufacturers who charge much more. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Seeing 5 stars reviews and then a low review will make you think but this is an honest review and experience. Richard was not pushy for a sales. He took time in designing and changing it to suit us. Steve came out to measure twice. However the 2nd time he messed up and forgot to leave space for our kitchen door so now our kitchen door doesn't open fully as our cabinets are wider. Our cabinets were marked with marker pens by the fitter. This is something they said that can be cleaned easily but you don't want to be cleaning off marks on a brand new kitchen. Our cabinets were scratched. We had been told that everything is checked before sending out the kitchen to us so I'm not sure how that was missed. One cabinet was a manufacturer fault only. The blame was then put on our other workers. One of our cabinets have a hole in it and was covered with a sticker and when we had them come around to check they had the cheek to ask why that had been removed! The fitters could have completed the kitchen within 3 days but took a week and the mess they left! In the end we have two cabinets replaced but still we have minor scratches to live with! Maybe it was a one off but I don't recommend unless you want a budget kitchen and aren't bothered if it's marked etc.
