Okay I dont know where to start. I stayed 17 nights with my daughter in this hotel. First we had a little cockroach visitor in the room we handled that but the biggest issue was. My money worth of 1700pound and 1000pound worth of necklace were stollen prior my check out. There was no safe box in the room so I placed then in a bag which I purchased a day ago. When I arrived to the room my bag was placed on the bed and a pillow was left in the toilet. We reported the case to the police. They took fingerprints etc. So I returned back to my country. I sent a detailed email to the hotel bur still received no reply. So Earls court is a nice place if you would like to stay in that area choose another place.

As a budget hotel it's absolutely fine and for central London, just by Earl's Court tube, it's good value. The single room I had wasn't at all cramped and the bathroom was very nice - it looked like it had been refitted recently. The place is maybe a bit dated but for the money it's all I wanted. If you want luxury - go somewhere else and pay lots more!

Surprisingly lovely hotel with amazing , large room for the price ! Biggest room we’ve stayed in , in many trips to London ! They are undergoing refurbishment, but we obviously had a newly refurbished room , with was brand new and spotless ! Looked like we were the first to use it ! Didn’t really have any noise of disruption from the work going on . Staff are friendly and always someone on reception night and day . Really close to tube and all the eateries and shops in Earl’s Court , but on a quieter side road . Everything you need in the room , with daily housekeeping and restocking that you rarely get in other hotels for a short stay ! Really pleased , especially for the price , would definitely stay here again !

Well, above of being clean or location my money and my necklace were stolen in the room. I booked 17 night and stayed with my daughter. When I arrived to the room my bag was on the bed and there was a pillow in the bathroom. (There is no safe box) We called the police immediately and it was obvious the thief entered the room easily using the door. My daughter was so frustrated . I wrote a request to the hotel a week ago but there is no response. They told me that the insurance will cover it. There are more things to write but Earls court is a nice area if you are not obliged I suggest you try to book another place.

We booked a twin room and arrived to notice the sheets most likely hadn’t been changed from the previous stay. The toilet was also left dirty and the towels provided were thin and falling apart. The rooms aren’t very soundproof from the noise on the street. No lifts with narrow stairs.

Basic room, clean and bright one double and 1 single bed. Single bed better for my back. I live locally and stayed here in emergency. Bedding and room were spotless clean. Tiny shower and toilet but it worked for the evening. Importantly was lady on the desk was lovely and friendly

The staffs are very friendly and the front desk is 24h open. The location is super convenient and very close to the underground. Hygiene may need some improvement and there are some stain on the carpet and bedsheet.

Not a great start when I arrived at this hotel. Couldn’t find anyone to check me in and stood for over 15 minutes shouting “hello” before a woman appears from a back room.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was tiny and hardly enough space to turn in.
Only a one minute walk to Earls Court tube station and plenty of nearby restaurants and takeaways to choose from.
