Really a first class operation, staff are happy to help and they work really well to have you in and out in double quick time.
Very well organised and even have a section for items to good for dumping.

I went here today, Monday 28 July. Staff were clearly visible sweeping up and helping locals drop off correctly. I had two concrete blocks in my boot that were visible with the boot open. I was dropping other stuff. One member of staff offered to show me where they went. But I said just point. I’ll be fine. Didn’t want to take up his time in such a small task. He showed me where to go. Nice and easy. One way system works well. Bins clearly labelled. Tidy. What more could you want.

What a brilliant team! I have used recycling centers all over the UK and the team in Chard are easily the best.

They are friendly chatty and they don't stand by and watch you with heavy items, they put their PPE on and they get stuck in.

Every time I have been to Chard recycling centre the guys have been amazing and super helpful. Today I went with a car full of stuff and they emptied and sorted it all for me. (I am currently 34 weeks pregnant)!

There’s plenty of space and good organisation, the staff are very helpful and friendly, they are willing to help people to move stuff from their car however there’s always a big cue but depending of the day it is “usually” fast going.

Pretty much take anything so good in that respect only thing letting it down is one miserable old git who works there is quite rude to everyone while I was there I saw him being rude to a old lady so if it wasn't for him I would of gave more stars
