I have been having PT sessions with Paul since February and I cannot praise him enough. Having picked up injuries last year, I was nervous about starting training again. Paul assessments of my ability right from the beginning put me at ease. We are now nearly 5 months down the line and training hard and without injury!! I love his varied sessions. I started working with Paul as my PT earlier this year. His approach is much more personalised than other PTs I have worked with. The difference is his detailed assessments which identify corrective exercises to improve strength but also stability and posture. Importantly this has also made my exercise away from PT sessions much more effective too. Very much recommended!

Being going to Paul for 6 months. He is a great personal trainer both in his understanding of how the body works and exercise needed to improve strength and flexibility and his encouragement . Sessions are specifically planned to the individual and in my case reflect the needs of the older body
