When I joined the waitlist in Jan 2024, I paid the £40 and was told 6-8 months waiting time. After 6 months they told me I was almost at the top of the list.

Now, one year later, after having asked how the wait list is progressing, I have been told to expect 4-5 years waitlist. When asking to get a refund on the £40 they quoted their policy "However, the £40 is NOT refundable if the individual does not take up the option to join". I have not been given the chance to join, it is complete deception to tell people 6-8 months and take their money, to then turn around and say it is 4 to 5 years.

Seems bizarre that, although Google claims that 40 reviews have been written, only three are visible, and all date from up to seven years ago. Since then the club was financially plundered, and new management has successfully restored some normality. Wake up Google - where are the reviews?

Be careful with the scam! I thought, I was going to pay for a membership for £40 to get the right to rent a tennis court. In fact, it is a fee to have the right to be on the waiting list!! And the waiting list is of 3 years!! This is deliberately not explained clearly until you pay. Once I pay and it was then clearly explain. I asked for a genuine refund on the same day since I was not interested in being on the waiting list. They did not refund and they stop replying to me. They are obviously trying to make money out of people enrolling in a 3 years waiting list. Shameful!

Great facility for squash and tennis, with a decent clubhouse and gym

My first squash Club in London, although the squash court floors could do with some upgrades the club and the members are more than welcoming and friendly, and the level of players is very high. I thoroughly love my time in the club so far, very easy to make friends.
Really makes you feel at home and wanting to be there everyday just to meet more people.

Great place! Hidden gem in Maida Vale!
The atmosphere is very relaxed and everyone is super friendly!!
They have a very nice Bar with an amazing and professional bar staff members! If you want to get fit, if you like to play tennis and squash or if you just want to try some activities I really suggest you to pop in and became a member!

Great place with lots of friendly people! Plenty of courts in extremely good conditions, very well organised events such as club afternoons and annual tennis championships.
Great atmosphere inside the clubhouse, very kind staff.
