Thank you for helping me with my procedure - applying for British citizenship. I have always had Quick/Helpful contact - with my lawyer Paulo Nunes de Moura.I would like to take this opportunity to thank my lawyer and the entire organization for a great job. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help. Especially a resident of Perth & Kinross.

I had previously contacted this firm with an enquiry and was attended to well. I was asked to call back next morning, was able to speak with someone who provided helpful advice I needed. However on this occasion today which I contacted them for a different issue, the call handler was quite rude, unprofessional and lacked empathy with the sort of response he was providing before still asking me to phone back. Some particular minority ethnic nationals can be so rude no matter how long they've been abroad. So disappointing!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. I called them numerous times and was consistently told to call back between 9:30 and 10:30. I followed their instructions diligently for 2–3 weeks without anyone answering. Finally, after three weeks, someone picked up the phone. However, the conversation was highly unprofessional, and the person provided incorrect information. They claimed to have noted my details and promised to call me back to book an appointment.

I waited patiently for three more weeks, but no one contacted me. When I called again to inquire, they assured me I would be called back soon. It's now been another four weeks, and I’ve yet to hear from them. Frustrated, I decided to take my case to another firm, which handled things much more professionally.

This firm is a complete waste of time. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to avoid them and save themselves the frustration.

This is not a charity organisation. Very unprofessional. I am dumbfounded to understand how they are even allowed to operate. Brzoom Kadirgolam takes money from individuals having legal aid. Do not pay any money to this firm as you will never get what you paid for and will end up losing your money, time, energy and case.

Worst ever.. I visited their office in Glasgow and they refused to see my claiming that all solicitors or advisors were busy serving other clients. They provided a leaflet with their number, but every time I called, they created excuses ( all are busy, wait a few weeks then call back, here’s a reference number and we will call you back) I have been given many reference numbers and still haven’t received any response. It has been more than three months now. I do not think that they represent a real company

The legal representation I received from Paulo was great, he helped me at a very difficult time, I got an appointment the next day after I called. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. I feel Paulo would be able to help anyone needing help with any immigration issues or help with citizenship. Thank you Paulo and to the legal firm.
