My husband needed an Upper Abdominal Scan but could not face being driven half way around the County as we were required to do on a previous occasion. I chanced to walk past the Chelmsford Health Centre and saw the list of their services pinned to the front railings. When I got home I went online and booked a scan with them. The whole process was very easy to do and within seconds we had an appointment for the next day - amazing! We arrived ten minutes before the appointment,as requested and were warmly welcomed by the Receptionist who explained everything to us and showed us the tea and coffee making facilities. The environment was bright and clean with attractive,comfortable furnishings. However,we were not there long as the doctor arrived,introduced himself and took us through to the scanning suite. it seems strange to say that we enjoyed the scan,but we did. The doctor was extremely professional,but also very friendly,with a relaxed manner which put us both entirely at ease. He took every care to ensure that my husband was comfortable and understood what was happening.Both we and our GP were sent copies of his report,which was clear and comprehensive.
We would not hestitate to recommend this Centre as being attractive,clean and comfortable with professional,friendly,knowledgable and reassuring staff. We will certainly use their services again should the need arise and we hope that they get the support they richly deserve.

Thank you to Dr Govender and the team. exceptional service. We has a large lump on the top of the hand, that needed to be drained or removed. We come in because of the lack of timely service from chemist, then docters, then being told to go to A&E that has 6-8h wate that is not possible for older patients.
The team at Chelmsford Health Centre was able to do an assessment, and drain and remove the lump with all the cair and compassion needed. No problems or commercials

Suberp experience. As a fellow health profession, I could not fault a single thing. The premises, decor, ambience and staff were excellent. Extremely caring staff, very supportive during the procedure and afterwards. I find many private clinics and hospitals can be stuffy and unwelcoming, but not here. Would highly recommend. Well done all 👏👏

Exceptional help when we really needed it for my 16 year old! Unable to get through to our usual GP which we completely understand as they are under enormous pressure but had to do something to help with a nasty throat infection. On arrival the receptionist was lovely. The doctor was brilliant, very warm, thorough and understanding and my 16 year old has received excellent treatment. Would highly recommend if you really are in need. Many thanks Chelmsford Health Centre!

I came with my baby on Saturday first thing and was greeted warmly, dealt with promptly and was extremely satisfied with the clinical assessment and treatment options. As a GP myself I can say that the care was thorough and very sensible, there was no push for any unnecessary treatment, and the follow up plan was clear and appropriate. Communication both during and after (phone call and email) were welcomed and appreciated.

Thank you Raj at Chelmsford Health Centre for your help and kindness. My husband was in need of IV fluid and very reluctant to go again to A&E Basildon where he had a bad experience. We were so relieved you were able to arrange for a nurse to visit our home. We didn't know this was an option and it was so welcome as my husband was too weak to travel. Nurse Joanne Maclean arrived earlier than expected, which was great. She was amazing, very friendly and put us at ease during what has been a stressful few days. I would thoroughly recommend this service.
