Staff are super friendly. Feels a lot less “clinical” and upright than a lot of the other branches.

Small store nicely arranged and at a nice cool temp.
The Store manager, Aleksandra, was very polite and helpful, she brought us to the area where we could look for what we needed and she even offered to help us out but, luckily for her, we're very easy going and didn't require handholding like how clingy other customers can be.

Like with any and every customer service establishment, you get what you give, so if you are polite, patient and respectful expect to receive that treatment back, but if you're going to be an absolute diva and abuse the employees then don't act surprised if they decide to bark back -- some people need to realise that.

The shop is very tidy and the staff was polite overall but he looked so sad or angry in his face I was feeling intimidated to ask him questions!!!
