It's tricky to write a review for this practice, because initially, they were genuinely great at dealing with my contract (I dealt with the team in Nottingham). It was more the final part that things started to unravel and left a genuine tinge of disappointment with me. It felt to me like things were mismanaged and charges appeared out of no where. I appreciate some fees were fair, but some (at least in my mind) were not. They held on to my money until I agreed with them - felt slightly reminiscent of the school yard bully if I am honest. To give them their dues, their MD did talk to me about this but I didn't feel heard that is for sure. Would I recommend them? Well, if you go on the first part of our dealings - yes. Just be prepared to be charge more than you think you've agreed. They did do the work, it was professional and timely. It just didn't end well with costs.
