Had a wonderful stay this weekend Celebrating mine and my partners anniversary. Was met by 2 lovely receptionists Carlo and Francesca. They were very welcoming and listened to a few special requests I had. They did their best to make my stay special which is was. They selected me a beautiful room with a wonderful view on the 22nd floor. Had a fantastic weekend. Thanks guys!

Really great service from the front desk who was also able to accommodate my late check out request on short notice. Room was adequate but felt cramped and small. The hotel in general feels cramped. Rooms are quite new with modern finishes. Great city view from the room. No concierge which was inconvenient. Breakfast was good and location was great. Very accessible and is only a short walk from the Canary Wharf underground station. Great roof top bar overlooking London.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First, when I arrived, they didn’t even have my booking in their system. I had to wait around 40 minutes at reception with no apology, no offer of a drink, nothing — even though it was clearly their mistake.

Second, I accidentally left a dress in the room after checking out. I contacted them immediately, and they confirmed they had it… but then refused to send it back. I’ve never seen a hotel be so unhelpful over something so simple.

For the price and the reputation, I expected professionalism and basic customer care. Sadly, this stay was the opposite. I would not recommend it.

The only hotel you should book in London!!
I stayed here on 21st November 2025 and had such an amazing experience. The lovely gentleman at reception (I’m so sorry I forgot his name — it began with an A, and he was on shift around 7PM) absolutely made my stay. He asked about my day, noticed I’d been having a rough one, and kindly allocated me a beautiful room. His customer service was truly exemplary — the kind that turns a first-time guest into a guaranteed repeat customer.

The room itself was immaculate. I’m extremely picky about hotel cleanliness, and I couldn’t fault a single thing. The room was stunning, the facilities were great, and if you have time you have to check out the swimming pool and sauna.

Overall, incredible value and genuinely one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had in London. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. They upgraded my room to a city view - the view was picturesque! The rooms are very clean and have good natural lighting. The spa was a nice addition too.

I would like to give a special mention to Nely and Tia, they went above and beyond and made my stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience at the Hotel. Had a five star treatment at the Restaurant. The food was nicely cooked and well organised. Asked for support with vegan alternatives from Babra and Tania and was met smiley faces and pure professionalism. I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from the nearest DLR and around 10 mins from underground station. The views from the rooftop restaurant and the room were stunning but did not like anything apart from it. The most disappointing thing was the Pool - it was dirty as I could smell and feel it once in water, sauna was Ok, changing rooms & bathroom was disgusting - expected better from 4* hotel. I paid extra for the breakfast which was not bad. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very lovely stay. This was our second time staying at the Novotel Canary Wharf. We've stayed in Novotel hotels all over Europe as we find the quality to be consistent and the price good for the standard of hotel. We really enjoy the Novotel Canary Wharf as the rooms are lovely and the views are great! This time we stayed with our 4 year old and he absolutely loved the views and the pool. Tia was brilliant not just at check-in where she ensured all our room requirements were met, but all through our trip. She gave my son chocolate coins on arrival and a small gift on check out. Nothing was too much and Tia was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

The location is excellent, quick to get between kings cross from the DLR from south quay changing at bank onto the northern line. The buildings and quays are really exciting for young kids with everything you might need only a short walk away.
