A lovely night’s stay in a ‘comfy’ room. Really big bed,stylish decor, robes/slippers ,coffee machine,teas ,well stocked minibar. Spa was a relaxing way to spend the next morning after a delicious breakfast.
Thoroughly enjoyable entertainment in the Tavern with a violinist playing.
A special mention to the extremely friendly and helpful staff,nothing seemed too much trouble.A particular mention to the porter Tom for excellent service and to the lovely Lizzy on reception who ‘saved the day’ by helping me retrieve my concert tickets! Assets to the establishment.

Not having been to the Townhouse before, I was a bit nervous because it was my choice of venue for the meet up of a number of my friends to have afternoon tea. I needn’t have worried from the moment we walked in through the front door of the restaurant we all had a wonderful time. It is set in a lovely group of rooms giving a feeling of intimacy.||We were offered a selection of teas to choose from, throughout the time we were offered fresh pots of tea, not hot water to top up the pot.||Two of the group are vegetarian, not all places offer an interesting selection for them. But both were very pleased with the sandwiches on offer, as with the advertised menu there was a variety of types of bread, each sandwich offered had a very tasty filling.||The scones were lovely and light, plenty of cream and jam. A seasonal selection of cakes completed the meal. I was unable to eat the cakes but the restaurant offered boxes to take them home.||We spent a very enjoyable afternoon, the staff couldn’t be more welcoming and nothing was too much for them, checking if we want a fresh pot of tea or more cream and jam. We were not hurried, just left to enjoy the tea at our leisure .||I would really recommend this restaurant.

My partner and I recently had afternoon tea at King Street Townhouse Hotel. (We didn't stay overnight so cannot comment on the accommodation)
Our experience was exceptionally positive. The staff were friendly and helpful. One gentleman in particular served us and gave us great advice on tea choices. We opted for the Marsala Chai but he reassured us that he would swap it if we didn't like it. We did though, it was lovely!
The food served was delicious, the service was friendly, efficient and informative. At no point were we pressured into buy anything extra.
This was a real treat, would definitely recommend 👌

A wonderful treat staying at this elegant, clubhouse-style hotel. The room is very well styled, and has everything you need, including a perfect bathroom. The staff are very helpful and we had a lovely birthday platter waiting for us in our room on check-in - a really nice surprise. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to start your day at 7am, and the steam room and relaxation area is fantastic. It's a perfect location and a calm place to stay. I would highly recommend.

Me and my husband stayed here and booked the cinema room to view our wedding photos! WOW a memory I will never forget!

Georgia was so helpful for me to plan this surprise and made our stay one to remember!

The room was beautiful with music on arrival, the private cinema screening was hosted by Olivia (she is a true gem) made our evening for sure!
Very friendly and attentive!

Fabulous. I booked a cinema and spa experience for a birthday celebration and it was lovely. The screening room is lovely and a really special touch.
The food was impeccable, we had a brunch and a breakfast the morning after and both were 10/10.
The spa was great but you do have the leave the hotel to get to it which is unfortunate.
The rooftop pool is really lovely also, warm to get into and you can spend a good few hours in there.
Would definitely return.

Stayed in the ESPA suite at this boutique hotel. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Manchester.

It has a spa attached which is very nice and was quite, as was the rooftop infinity pool.

The room was comfortable, small and warm although the shower on full did seem to lead to a lot of water escaping under the door!

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant and bar staff were excellent.
