We had a superb 3 course al a carte meal for our anniversary. Couldn’t fault a thing. From the time we walked through the door of this amazing hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile. It’s truly relaxing with plenty of different rooms to relax in and have a few drinks before your meal. Once in the restaurant every detail from lighting the candles to recommending wines was adhered to with expertise. We couldn’t compliment the chef enough, the food is of delicious quality and presented to perfection. We relaxed after our meal with coffee and even received a special surprise for our anniversary! Highly recommend this hotel, just glorious all round.

Went for 3 course lunch with a voucher gifted to us. The food was absolutely delicious, nice presentation, amazing tastes. Homemade breads and butters too. Service was polite and professional. Sadly we were the only diners on a Saturday lunch so the ambience was lacking but that's no fault of the hotel. A very enjoyable meal thank you.

Romantic weekend |The room was very clean with every thing we needed tea coffe water tv great Veiw of the garden roll top bath. Fine Dinning was excellent staff were Curtis, nothing was too much trouble|Excellent atmosphere. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. So relaxing and a great wee spa as well. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Excellent service from all of them. Breakfast is a real treat and the cuisine in the evening is delightful. Afternoon tea shows flair in its menu and the little box to take away cakes is much appreciated! ||Planning to return and trust a sale does not introduce the mediocre that so often happens with new owners. The staff and guests deserve much better! |A real Suffolk gem!!!

We enjoyed our stay, mixing style with beaurful views over the gardens and with great fine dining. The service was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. I would say that there are no lifts/elevators and the stairs to the upper floors can be an issue for some. Some floors are not level and can be alarming. The Full English Breakfast is just magnificent. Try the local wine.

We celebrated our wedding day at Hintlesham Hall and it was perfect. From booking the date in, Tracy was fantastic in helping us to co-ordinate the suppliers and plans for the day. We had the exclusive use of the Hall for the wedding day, which we and our guests loved. The rooms were beautiful and our guests kept telling us how lovely and big their rooms were, which was great to hear. All the staff were hardworking and couldn’t have done more. The night before the wedding, we decided to have a dinner for our families and Tracy co-ordinated one of the function rooms for us and we had a special evening. I also used the spa services for a manicure and pedicure and the morning of the wedding, the spa came up to us, to do our make up and they were all lovely. We would highly recommend Hintlesham Hall!

Beautiful place to stay, just got home from a weekend away for the girlfriends birthday.

Service is amazing and very attentive nothing was any trouble for any of the staff, very professional and polite.

Beautiful rooms and the bathrooms fully accommodated with complimentary drinks / toiletries.

The grounds are well maintained and is a nice walk for the evenings after a drink in the bar.

We are so pleased with how special the weekend was made with some kind gestures added for her birthday.

We will definitely return again in the future

I stayed here last week to celebrate my Godson's wedding and had such a wonderful time. The staff were so helpful and efficient and was so grateful to be able to check into my room early as I had travelled from Ireland, so it had been quite a long journey. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean and the food was really good. Altogether a super experience. Thank you so much.
