Lovely friendly staff, amazing range of both sweet and savoury days, fab latte and nice cosy indoor seating. But, staffing yesterday was a disaster - only 1, out of 3, efficient and hard working member at front of house and by all accounts the chef was having problems as well. We got our coffee about 20 min before our toastie so coffee cold by the time we drank it. If the kitchen is busy, tell the customer and ask if they want coffee with food

Me and my partner sat in for lunch for some coffee, a fruit scone and a carrot and coriander soup which were all excellent quality. The place has an amazing selection of tempting sweet treats and paninis too! There is lots of seating and a warm fire place which is good for winter.

Had the worst time in this cafe I've ever had. Been several times and it was always OK but it was dreadful today. Got a egg, black pudding & potato scone roll coating about £5.50 and it was dripping in grease. Had to go back in and ask my money back and was told the lady does fry the food and they would do me another one and then I received the same thing over! Again dripping in grease, and no money back! Avoid.

A wee gem in the heart of Gullane. Fantastic service from the staff and the food is absolutely delicious. Best cream scones we've had. Lots of cakes and sweet treats to choose from! Will definitely be back.

Excellent time there. Ordered the full breakfast and even though they were short staffed we paid and were fed in les than 10 minutes. Good quality food. Bright sunny day in Scotland helped the atmosphere, but I'm sure it's excellent all the time.
Offered extra water and it was on the table almost instantly.

The biggest and best breakfast bap I've ever had! Lovely fresh bread and numerous choices to stuff in there. Great quality loose leaf tea. The cakes and scones are giant too. Yummy! A really friendly welcome. Highly recommended.

A charming sunny cafe in Gullane serving an amazing selection of cakes! And airy but sunny and warm inviting space, with an enticing display of freshly made cakes as you enter. The soup and doorstop sandwiches are great after a run/walk along the beach. Becoming a new favorite!

Lovely village, food was ok needed seasoning. The soups needed more basil and the avocado needs a bit of zing. Staff seem unhappy a smile would be nice. Coffee was lovely. Left flat from this visit
