I've used and supported the Café for about 20 years. I've witnessed the change over the years. One thing that hasn't changed is the staff, they are brilliant. Always friendly, smiling and up for a laugh, they are the life and soul of the place. I was in today and for the first time in a long time I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a roll on sausage at £3.70 which isn't completely over the top but it's not exactly cheap either. On the roll was two 'thin' sausages. The roll drowned the meat, so I was mostly eating bread. I know it's extremely hard running a cafe in this climate however I'm 30p change from £4.00 and I had a very tight return, and does not add up. And third sausage would have made all the difference which would equate to a few pennies from the other side, that's the point. This all sounds like a good old moan over not but it's relevant to what I paid and my return, in my experience. So I'll be avoiding the roll on sausages from now on that's for sure. To be fair the value throughout the cafe isn't bad at all but £3.70, come on!!

I visit this cafe every week. The staff are always very friendly and down-to-earth. There's always a good selection of food and drink to suit nearly everyone's taste (My favourite is the steak pie and chips!) It's very good value for money in my opinion, you can get a couple of meals and drinks for around £15-30.

Food was amazing! I loved the atmosphere here as it looks out to the rest of the shopping centre. The staff were very friendly and the prices were great. I had a chicken meal and sweet chilli Panini which was amazing, and my friend said his soup was fantastic. I would definitely recommend as this was such a good experience.

I like the jam tarts from here. Food is alright. I do find the place a little on the expensive side. The reason I keep coming back is the staff, especially the staff that have worked here for a number of years. You cant put a price on polite, friendly and welcoming service. That's why regardless of everything else I will return. The staff do this place a credit.

Had a roll and drink. There’s an amazing selection of cakes and scones on an industrial but home-made scale.

The building is bright and pleasant, has those 1980s vibes in a good way. The café itself is modern.

I like it.

OMG..£1.99 for a small of Vimto...friend had mocha which was tepid and tasted of burnt coffee...strawberry cheesecake looked as if it had been thrown on a plate...won't be back...greedy owners and over priced....even one of the staff looked surprised when I mentioned about the price of the drink...
