We spent a week in London and we had the luck to find this tiny place in Mountgrove Rd, which made us feeling at home every day and gave us the strength to visit this beautiful city. You can choose between a large variety of meals, including traditional English breakfasts and (reaaaaally delicious) pancakes, and a lot of hot drinks (their caramel latte has a special place in our heart) but the best part of this place is the beautiful staff that from day one made us feel welcomed and cared for, making us look forward to come through here every morning ❤️
Needless to say we will be coming back next time we’re in London and you should too if you want to experience what should be the true meaning of hospitality — warmth, smiles, and food made with genuine love. Sage Kitchen isn’t just a café, it’s that cozy corner of London where every bite tastes like comfort and every cup of coffee feels like a hug. Thank you for making our mornings brighter — see you soon, our little home away from home ❤️

A little gem among London’s cafés. A very unique and charming place, with a wonderful atmosphere.
The owners love their job—you can see it and taste it in the cakes they prepare fresh with top-quality ingredients.
Lots of croissants, and there’s a chef in the kitchen making English breakfasts.
The cappuccino is very good, rich, and made with excellent quality coffee ( I’m Italian)
Absolutely recommended.

This is my new favourite cafe in Islington for brunch, food is yummy, the staff are friendly, chatty and if you come when it's sunny you can get a lovely seat outside in the morning sun☀️ they do a fabulous veggie brunch, great bloody Mary and the rose latte is lovely. I would highly recommend this place.

Great little spot. The atmosphere is great, cozy with chill music to round it off. Food is great with a huge selection of options. Staff is friendly and quick and you could sit here for any occasion. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks, quick bite. Must see spot!
