I had a really lovely time at Dandelion Cafe with my friend, enjoying a coffee. The staff were super friendly and supportive, which made us feel completely welcome and at ease.

We liked it so much that we came back the same day for lunch! The food was very tasty and didn’t take long at all. I also noticed they have smoothies, cakes, and ice cream, though I didn’t try any this time . I’ll definitely be back! The place has such a nice, cozy vibe – perfect for chatting, relaxing, and just feeling good. Highly recommend!

This wonderful cafe was recommended by the butchers mate and I can honestly say we were not disappointed, I booked an afternoon tea for my partner who has a gluten intolerance, the food was exceptional and plentiful, sandwiches full of flavour freshly made, the cakes a delight and jam & cream scones to die for all topped off with a wonderful leaf tea. The service and attention from Amanda was impeccable as was the hygiene and attention to detail to keep the gluten free food safe. Thank you Amanda

This is my new favourite cafe. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food is beautifully presented. I had a perfect latte, and even found a gift for someone special. A 'must visit' if you're going to Royal Wootton Bassett!

My daughter took me there with my 2 grown up granddaughters for a birthday treat. Wonderful place, great staff, very knowledgeable. Both granddaughters have dietary issues, one very severe. There was absolutely no problem, and we were all very well catered for.

Dandelion Cafe situated on RWB High St offers the warmest of welcomes and the most delicious options of food.
I visit regularly with friends for breakfast, cake and a cuppa, or for a lunch. I’ve treated friends to brunch and takeaway Afternoon Teas, and often grab some cake for myself and the family to eat at home…. Dandelion never disappoints and nothing is too much trouble to accommodate.
Sitting downstairs some days for people watching or upstairs for a more secluded, cosy, chat service is to the table and always with a smile.

i wasn’t sure whether to leave a bad review or not as i can tell this could be a very lovely place if perhaps me and my partner came on a different day or time but i feel this could be helpful for others and for this cafe to get some feedback

this was my partner and i’s experience today; we came in and the atmosphere wasn’t great, we didn’t even feel comfortable speaking at a normal volume as the atmosphere felt so awkward and solemn. we then had to wait at LEAST 15 minutes for our drinks which wouldn’t be an issue if it was busy but there was only 1 other table here who had already ordered. i ordered a milkshake and didn’t even hear the blender until 10 mins after i had ordered. my boyfriend ordered a flat white and his cup was only half full and looked like the last sips of a cappuccino - not a flat white. bare in mind a flat white is a small cup anyway so the drink was only a couple sips. i’m not sure if this was an issue on my end but as soon as i took a sip of my milkshake i knew it wasn’t right, it tasted as if it had been made with an alternative milk - my guess is soya. my partner also agreed with this. not only did i not like it but it’s extremely dangerous as i didn’t ask for alternative milk and could have an allergy. food arrived after 20-25 mins (not sure why it took this long as it was so quiet) which i really enjoyed! however the salad didn’t even have dressing on and definitely felt half hearted especially for the wait time. the real issue we had is that my boyfriend ordered a panini which was supposed to come with a side of crisps. we overheard the waitress explain to the other table that they had run out of crisps so a discount would be put on their bill, but she didn’t say that to us. we went to pay and no discount had been put on. he payed full priced for half a coffee and the panini which had no crisps when the other table got a discount for the lack of crisps?

i know this is a long review but i understand the frustration of a bad review being left without the explanation of why so you can improve. once again im sure this can be a lovely place! but this was our experience and from start to finish it was not enjoyable:( waitress was very sweet but i felt the need to share for you and others. hopefully we just came on a bad day and you have a successful business! 🙂
