Charlie catered for my 50th birthday party providing grazing platters with a mix of savoury and sweet food which was absolutely delicious. We went through the different food options and the different dietary needs and Charlie gave me ideas of things she felt would work. When she came to set up, I loved observing the process she goes through to create such a visual feast.The food was delicious and all my guests commented how wonderful it not only tasted but looked. I would highly recommend Charlie to cater for an event or party. (My children say her carrot cake is THE best ever, so pretty high praise!)
